This needs to be a TV series. Imagine rival RTs staffing each other for power and position with The Imperium. Let alone the enemies they face from without.
I am so happy this game was made, and I really hope they make some worthwhile expansions/sequels because...40k RPG! I don't think any more needs to be said.
The amount of skill and planning it takes to design a system like this is actually kind of insane when you stop and think about it. Even putting aside how many trees and pathways there are in the CC alone, the hundreds of options here have to sync in with the actual game they support and be regularly checked for relevance without breaking anything. Ridiculously humbling that teams can come with these mostly from scratch, it'd be a privilege just to contribute to one as far as im concerned.
I'd pay for DLC that adds in far more reactions and responses based on class/origin etc and I can't wait till the new DLC comes out as I thought what the game needed was more content involving the actual ship you own. We hear all this info about how massive the ship is, yet we can't have the ship be like a city hub space? Or even have areas of the ship where monsters have become dominant. And with quests that a bored Rogue Trader can partake in to ensure that their crew work more efficiently, so possibly added long term bonuses to ship combat possibly? Throw in a complex murder mystery... As a side quest cuz despite the label, it would become "must play" content.
Just Finished act 3. Amazing game. I didn't think I'd play another game on the level of BG3 for a while, so happy I was wrong. Please, please, please add more voice acting for as much dialogue as possible, it's exceptional and it's the only thing holding this game back imo.
I literally spent two days fidgeting over which build to do before finally settling on a Death World Warrior Noble. In a lore sense I feel like Noble is the most fitting if you're going into the experience truly blind, since you're still technically a civilian and might not be familiar with most aspects of the setting. In a tactical sense I'm hoping to serve as an off-tank to buff our beloved Seneschal in glorious melee combat. Also, the Noble's outfit is pretty dope. As someone who's not too crazy about capes I appreciate the xeno-pelt and hunting coat.
Why is there no sister of battle helmet in the game when its shown multiple times in trailers also can you please fix the inventory bug where you cant move anything around or equip anything!
Thank you for making my dream 40k game. I'm up to act 5 and it's already one of my favorite games of all time.

love the game but i really wish that people reacted more to your origin and other choices at character creation. maybe even some dialogue option
I think it will be very cool if we can make a character and make a portrait of this character in game. That's probably not very difficult?

sad that the psyker origin doesn't really impact the story & dialogue in a meaningful way :(
Given certain events and psychic awakening capstone, it's safe to say all of the player Rogue Traders are probably latent psykers at least.
I was definitely expecting more of a scandal over being an unsanctioned psyker
