I do think one of the magic with these games is we were playing them when we didn't really know or think too much about min-maxing. We played them how we thought they should be played and that helped a lot with the balancing. As adults that is just so much harder to do.
What's funny is that it's the opposite for me. When I was younger, I was better at min-maxing. Now I don't have much patience for it, because it feels like a needless hassle when all I'm trying to do is enjoy what little free time I have after work.

I think the problem with feudalism 3 and Warlords 3 is probably just a single guy (or a very small team) being pushed to their limits. Mount & Blade is actually awesome. Really recommend it! 👍 Also did you ever play the Achilles flash game? Or Dragon Fist 3? Would love you to cover those.
Honestly they should have made it that Strength determines how hard you hit with melee and if you are able to handle the weapon in the first place both melee and range. Dexterity should determine your ability to hit with a weapon and a small chance to avoid enemy attack. Constitution should determine how much health you have.
I played on version of Feudalism 1 where when you die during conquering city and load game you get city for free. When i was small i abuse it, by starting game, die in strongest city and then buy 1 strong unit that carry my early game. Now i try game and found out that you can stack max health items, so i stack them and get to 60k life and only buy lots of units.

This channel and videos, take me back to my childhood! amazing, could you review Oilgarchy or the MC tycoon game?
im not saying that it make me play warband but when i was a kid i do play feudalism stupendously and the fact that i play warband now is the correlation to feudalism so yeah title checks out
this game are marvelous
There’s this really cool old dungeon crawler flash game I used to play where you have a group of different classes and it’s very dark fantasy turn based rpg but I can’t find it anymore anyone have any memories of such a game I think it was the 4th game in a series if I’m not mistaken
Woo caught it at release. Would you cover siegius next?
Mount & Blade is actually awesome. Really recommend it! 👍
Also did you ever play the Achilles flash game? Or Dragon Fist 3? Would love you to cover those.
I couldn't ever take one city when I played.
Then I played the hacked version and even then I could only take like maybe 3.
I honestly never knew there was a third game!
Yeeeeah Sinjid is the next game. Not to long ago I play it for nostalgia and is sad that does not have a second game
