Just like her norm she dident listen to the plantiff in the first case, the defendant said he recalled the fb conversation. Sometimes i really font like watching her but I'm low key addicted 😢
1st case: I'ma be totally honest and I could be 100% wrong but what I think happened is that he did borrow the money for bills & his child but when he couldn't pay it back the plaintiff gave him weed to sell to clear his debt. Well instead him and his girl smoked it 🤷 Bc in the texts he clearly acknowledged that he owed him something & he said "I will have your MONEY!!!"(Just IMO)
I think you got the right interpretation. I was trying to figure out what happened, it's obvious neither is being honest all the way.

I think in the first case, the plaintiff, when he said he loaned money 70 times, he meant the $500 for KK was in multiple small amounts...diapers, etc. And I can't believe the defendant wasn't able to sell any of the pot in the neighborhood, which the defendant said
was a bad neighborhood.
I think you are wrong. Dude is wearing a St Francis of Desales sweater. That is a very expensive private school. These fools are from Columbus Ohio and the whole case was made up. They were trying to scam the peoples court for some weed money.
He was clearly not a friend in the first place or he would not have done his buddy bad like that...😅

doesn't it sound like a bad movie plot? One stupid wannabe drug kingpen hires lazy drug dealer who turns out to be mostly a drug user, and smoked the supply. Then the dumb one sues the lazy on in court.

I am asuming these are all cases from the last couple years and in states that it is legal...Otherwise there will be a lot of jabbering just to hear the judge say...neither side wins since you cannot win in court for an illegal activity.

Did the defendant get a pass because he was opposed to sell the marijuana, but because he didn't and I don't know if it was illegal during that time to actually disturb you marijuana, where he was that, so do he get a pass because instead of selling it he didn't even become a drug dealer, he just smoked it instead
It's called the clean hands doctrine. The plaintiff is not legally allowed to collect drug money in a lawsuit. It's not necessarily that the defendant got a pass but rather that the plaintiff didn't have legal standing to bring the lawsuit in the first place.
Oh please, the tax man will allow you to pay your taxes from sales of illicit substances, so don't be so naive !
