- The plaintiff says her cousin owes her money for work she provided at her day care service, so the plaintiff's suing. The defendant argues she had to fire the plaintiff because she was always late. Besides, the defendant has proof she paid the plaintiff everything she was owed.

I wouldn't work for neither one of them like. They both have some type of attitude like if I'm the plaintiff. I haven't added to it because you didn't pay me. And if I'm the defendant, I haven't attitude because I don't know if my mom is actually crazy or is someone actually stole my mom's stuff? But that's not here nor there. I'm more upset at the fact that the defendant entered the court with a whole statement saying that she has proof of how she paid the principed, still couldn't find it. Still talk about how she paid her already, but there was no proof that you did. And you came to court knowing that you had court knowing that court decides on proof and evidence, I don't get it. So if anyone has a real attitude at this moment, it's going to be me at the defendants because the hell use tokens, a big high game and don't bring nothing
Plaintiff has real anger issues. I would not want her anywhere near my kids.

It's scary how easy it can be to open a daycare. Many are not recognized by the government/are not legitimate.
That plaintiff has a nasty, terrible, disgusting attitude! There is a way to act in court she was very unprofessional in court and out of court. So, imagine her working for a daycare MY GOODNESS!

This is why I fear putting my so in daycare. He can't communicate, and I worry about placing him in daycare, but eventually, I will have to. However, her attitude and disposition would have me think she would hurt a child.
@@leahvance2806~ Totally understand your fear. However that’s a smaller percentage of ‘the plaintiff’s’ & more daycare workers that will care for your child & treat them like their child.
I used only 3 daycares for my children. First was at a ski area b/c I worked on the mountain. I had 2 more children so I didn’t work for a few years. Then I went back to work, we only had one public daycare. My children (3) loved this place & the staff! That was about 10 years with them. And my oldest was too old for daycare- went to the after school programs at school. The last daycare was for my little boy & the daycare I previously used wasn’t run by the same person & I didn’t care how the new person decided to run things. I was lucky to find a daycare (at home). This lady had a new born & another child of her’s. She treated my boy like he was a best thing in the world.
Research & be 100% before you put your bundle of joy in a day care.

they're both untrustworthy but this plaintiff is an absolute mess! she knew damn well what they were doing was illegal & tried to play dumb about it in court. On top of that she got greedy . I'm happy the judge shut her down

Plaintiff has the attitude of a 13 year old girl who had her phone taken away. Sounded, entitled, whiny, and missing a few screws. I most definitely wouldn't want someone like that taken care of my defenseless child.
If you're a grown-up, get a job that pays you properly. That way, you pay taxes and eventually can retire without having to depend on the government.

I’m sorry but I wouldn’t trust the plaintiff around children. Her attitude is so nasty and very ratchet. She doesn’t know how to conduct herself in a professional setting (tv or not) so I’m sure she acts this way in front of children. I think it is cause her aunt said she was getting Dss which is ultimately under the guise of cash aid and food stamps . And in order to keep getting those benefits the state will put a max amount you can make a month . So she was probably getting cash aid , food stamps, and getting the extra 750 a month . And cash aid is paid monthly too
@@salihahwilliams1453Right. Also, this case was 10 to 15 years ago. Cost of living wasn't as insane as it is now. 750 is a down payment on an apt. Back then that was high end of renting an apt or mortgage payment
In the presentation the narrator gave at the beginning of the show to explain the case, the defendant declared she had a ledger proving she paid the plaintiff and she owed nothing to her. Starting at 6:20, she said the opposite because the plaintiff was paid under the table so there’s no proofs.

Another older case so I was curious about the daycare! There's almost no mention of the daycare still being active. No facebook, unclaimed yelp, and the address is now owned by someone else. Looks like she was paying a lot of people under the table and she had to close down.

Im not making excuses for the plaintiff, her attitude was very nasty. However, as a older woman i can tell this young woman has a lot of pent up anger, and instead of the aunt guiding and teaching her she decided to treat her like trash, and i have no respect for that. There are sooo many young women just like the plaintiff who grow to be older women in society with that same attitude and we wonder why. Im happy this young woman decided to come to court, bcus no matter what, if she worked she shouldve gotten paid...period.
