Mucking Up a Truck | The People's Court

The plaintiff brings his ex-girlfriend to court. He says the defendant, who doesn’t have a license, stole his truck and totaled it. He also claims the defendant hacked his email and sent a threatening letter, causing him to get arrested. The plaintiff is suing for the cost of the truck. The defendant argues the truck was hers, so she doesn’t owe him.
