  • Helloooo everyoneee! Here is another stretching routine that will help you with digestion, IBS and bloating! This is a relaxing stretch and you can do this in the mornings and at night!

    Hi I have a question about the cobra pose, you have straight arms but the yogi experts say that your arms should never be straight? Can you explain why you use straight arms ? Many thanks

    I was farting and burping the whole time, six months pregnant I have more gas than the us could harvest. It works. 4:41 left shoulder burp, right shoulder burp.
