17CM DIAMETER CHIFFON CAKE MOULD
INGREDIENTS
67g cake flour
43ml canola oil
47ml pandan juice
20ml coconut milk
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon of lemon juice or white vinegar
46g of sugar

Can I use normal round cake mould to bake?
Yes you can, but i find it easier for using the chiffon cake pan. Sometimes the cake may collapse when the other factors were not perfectly controlled.
