Thanks for posting this! Helped a ton. Quick note, lesson learned the hard way: the 4x4 mount is different and uses four bolts, which are also smaller than the ones used in the 4x2 application. The four-bolt application uses the size M8x1.25x40mm, which will have a much lower torque spec, closer to 24 ft-lbs. Try going to 45 on the 4x4 version of this mount and you're in for a trip to Advance to collect their best bolt extractor kit. Ask me how I know... Other than the mount and its bolts, the 4x4 and 4x2 are the same. Hope this helps someone in the future.
