ムーミンのアニメを初めてちゃんと見ました。キャラクターみんな個性的で魅力的ですね。とても面白かったです。
子供の頃、オシャマさんみたいにジャコウネズミさんの無駄哲学にはまって「無駄じゃ無駄じゃ」とこれ以降過ごす事に。
「無駄な事は無駄じゃない」もオシャマさんのように否定し、スナフキンの短い〆は子供には難しくて覚えてなかった。
大人になってこの回見たら、やっぱり私のような変わり者の子供には難しい危険回だったかもと笑えました。

原作者からしたらこれ程腹の経つことは無い。自分が試行錯誤して作った物語を、赤の他人が名前だけ勝手に借りて思うままにやっているのだ。トーベ・ヤンソンは怒って制作サイドに直接苦言を呈したこともあったという。
結果、現在このムーミンはなかったことになりまともに見れる場所はなぜか頻繁に再放送が行われている台湾と、ここのような動画サイトくらいになってしまった。現代の日本人には、このムーミンは全く奇異なるものとして映っていることだろう。
しかし、これは私の浅い見解だが...平成版のムーミンは必ずしも「日本の」ムーミンではない。雰囲気からしても「トーベ・ヤンソンの」ムーミンと言った方が正しい。昭和を生きた人々にとって「日本の」ムーミンと言うべきはこの1969・72年版であると、そう思う者は少数派ではないのである。私がこのように書き連ねることになったのは、それを伝えたかったからだ。
理解した上で、こちらのムーミンの良さも感じてもらえたらなおさら良いと思う。
