    I have been putting the castor oil on for about a week. I have a 10x mirror and I can see the hairs coming in. I haven't had any hair on the left side from the arch to the tail. I now see the hair starting to come in. I have been able to leave it on 12-14 hours a day, probably more than most people could. I am also putting it on sun spots and a mole. I think I am going to get good results. Thanks for documenting your results.

    After reading about castor oil the other day and its benefits for thinning brows (it's getting very good reviews at Makeup Alley), I finally bought some today. I REALLY like your video! Thanks for showing us how it worked for you over a period of time. I can't wait to try it myself!

    I had straight short downward pointing eyelashes as a kid. My grandmother told me if I used castor oil on them at bedtime every night that they would grow better, and they did. I only used it for part of the year when I was ten, and never again, but my eyelashes are commented on even now that I am seventy. So, there's something going on with that castor oil... thank you for sharing. bye

    Don't use the laxative castor oil. Jamaican black castor oil works better. I have both at home. But ur progress is impressive. :)

      Kathryn is correct folks. I have researched this myself. You must by cold pressed castor oil-- the organic one... with no chemicals and not the laxative one.

      I agree. I had friends vegans and I used to order a TRUE Indian castor oil only through them. Anyways, I kept on experimenting lately and I can say Cherish Brow conditioner appeared even more effective so it's my choice now. Respect for the video but... nothing new :)

      Of course it will help new hair grow and make the hair you already hair thicker and darker it works for my mom but I personally prefer coconut oil and I'm just about a week I could see dramatic results, I hope this information helped :)

    • @belizinpinar1697
      @belizinpinar1697 10 лет назад

      castor oil works better than others because it's extremely rich on vitamin e. (could be understood from the texture, they both have very thick texture) so if you don't have castor oil but for some reason have vitamin e instead, you can always substitute it with the vitamin e you've got.

    it will help if you showed results without make up on at the end. i dont see any significant difference after 5 weeks other than more conditioned hair. i need to see a time lapsed video without make up to see the difference. anyone knows one ?

      The kind that's made specifically for beauty use is much better. I just bought a huge bottle from Amazon. It's not $$ at all. I would get that. Also some good hair skin & nails vitamins like Andrew Lessman will help.

    • @aboehmer1
      @aboehmer1 8 лет назад +1

      +Anna S This is what I found online: Olive oil is also good for your eyebrows. Being rich in vitamin E, olive oil can help your eyebrow hair grow faster and thicker. It will also help keep it dark-hued. Massage your eyebrows with warm olive oil for 5 minutes before going to bed.

    I never added any Vaseline. I try to avoid petroleum products. I have honestly stopped using it because I was pretty happy with my brows. They have stayed about the same since I stopped so it's not like they started falling out. I am considering starting up again to see if I can get my brows even fuller. I have also completely changed my eyebrow routine. I now use Tarte brow mousse. Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for watching.

  • @wotiluv

    why are you showing us makeup on your eyebrows when the results should be about the castor oil? your eyebrows really don't look different other than you probably didn't pluck them for several weeks so they look a little fuller. BTW your eyebrows stop coming out if you pluck them for too long of a period

    I'm sorry but there is no difference! You're not even using the right kind of castor oil. It needs to be cold pressed. I just started using the castor oil and there is no difference. If after five weeks I can see no difference in your brows I'm not going to waste my time. I've yet to see one person on RUclips who can show a significant difference. The castor oil industry has probably seen a major increase in sales and they have no idea that all of us desperate women are responsible! Haha. What a rip off.
