I am in my 70's and started with Alba's Hawaiian pineapple -papaya line a few months ago. It has changed my skin greately .. the pore size, increased the brightness, helped greatly with wrinkles and smoothness. I use the Creamy one to remove makeup and follow with their scrub in that line 2x /wk in the evenings. I use the gel cleanser you are demoing in the am . I also use their shampoo and conditioner .. the Drink it up Coconut, that you are using and my hair is half way down my back and coloured. Love their products , will continue to use. All u uncultured swines didn’t even look up the castor oil she was using. Yeah it’s the laxative kind. But she didn’t show the whole bottle cause I have the exact same one and ITS LITERALLY COLD PRESSED the one she’s using IS cold pressed lol

OH NO! Rubbing alcohol or any alcohol based products will only contribute to drying out your gel liners in the long run. Try adding a drop of contact lense wetting solution to your gel liner instead.

There is an Aussie bloke, Andrew who; " lost 53.2 kilograms (117.3 pounds) over the course of the year." He ate only potatoes with a few condiments and he had no flabby skin at all. He did this in 2016 and I joined him in November and December. It was amazing how at 57 my skin had become tight and my stomach flat. I even experienced fullness in my breasts. So I stopped doing it because that just gets you the wrong kind of attention from guys.
