    Mango season is here and there’s no better way to enjoy them than my Mango Milkshake Recipe! This healthy summer drink is super quick to prepare and tastes absolutely heavenly. It’s ready in under 2 minutes and you can even prepare it in advance and chill for later. Using just 5 basic ingredients, you can make this recipe at any time and the best part is it doesn’t require any cooking. You simply mix all the ingredients in a blending jar and blend into a smooth, delicious mango shake. Since mangoes are such a smooth and creamy fruit, there’s absolutely no need to add ice cream to this shake. In fact, even sugar is optional, depending on how sweet your mango is. That makes this Mango Milkshake Recipe very healthy and full of nutrients from the king of fruits. Enjoy this delicious Mango Shake Recipe!

    Unlike a smoothie, this Mango Milkshake recipe does not use yoghurt. I’ve kept this recipe super simple using only milk as our primary liquid, along with ice cubes just to thin it a little bit. Keep in mind that Mangoes are very creamy so there’s no need to add any additional creamy elements like ice cream. That makes my Mango Milkshake Recipe as healthy and simple as possible. If you want to add some flavourings to this, cardamom (elaichi) makes a wonderful combination with mango. You can also try saffron for a slightly floral flavour.
    With this quick and easy Mango Milkshake recipe, you’ll be able to enjoy the proven health benefits of the king of fruits. Did you know that mangoes are very low in calories, but rich in nutrients like fibre, copper, folate, and vitamin A? Since mangoes are mostly fibres and carbs, they are also extremely low in fat. In addition, mangoes are packed with polyphenols and antioxidents, which are linked to reducing signs of aging and chronic diseases. Mangoes are also considered a fruit that may boost immunity and help fight infections. Overall, this Mango Milkshake is a very easy and tasty way to enjoy this super healthy fruit.
    If you’re a vegan or lactose-intolerant, you can substitute the milk in this recipe with your favourite dairy-free beverage. I suggest almond milk since we’re already adding almonds to the Mango Milkshake but oat milk also works very well.

    1 Mango (Ripe) - Peeled and roughly chopped
    10-12 Almonds + for garnish
    Sugar (optional) - 1/4 tsp
    2 Ice Cubes
    Cold Milk - 1/2 cup
