  • Quickly make Badam Milk without soaking at home using my recipe that requires only 20 minutes. I’ll teach you a shortcut to avoid soaking the almonds for hours without compromising on the results. Badam Milk is a delicious drink made purely out of milk and almonds. It’s flavoured with elaichi (cardamom) and saffron (kesar) for a warm, festive taste. It’s often served in the winter when the temperature is cold as Badam Milk warms your body and makes you fall asleep immediately.
    My Badam Milk recipe uses milk as the primary liquid but if you are vegan or lactose-intolerant, you can substitute it with Almond Milk, Oat Milk or even plain water. If you want to try different flavours, I suggest trying rose flavoured, cinnamon spiced, and chocolate flavoured.

    Badam Milk Without Soaking Ingredients:
    Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Milk - 2 cups
    Water - 2 cups
    Almonds (badam) - roughly 25-30 + for garnish
    Saffron (kesar) - 8-12 strands + for garnish
    Sugar - 2 tsp, or as per your desired sweetness level

    Boiling isn't very good... soaking is only healthy...
