AC/DC will be one of the last bands that can have 3 generations in the same crowd . Don't worry Buck there is plenty of room at the back with the rest of us oldies.
My goodness that crowd knows how to rock. What an experience! Angus is always out the front but his brother is the other guitarist, Malcolm Young RIP 🕊 at 7:52 Malcolm was a true back force of this band. He had suffered lung cancer in 2010 and later had dementia. He played in the band until 2014/2015 ish and passed in 2017. The drummer is Phil Rudd.
Happy Birthday Mike for a couple of Days ago. I just saw Cold Chisel in 2024, and wonder how Don Walker and co are still out there touring. He turns 73 on 29th November 2024. He is unstoppable. Man I want to be like him at his age….. and as I type that I know he is way more than I am even a couple of decades younger than him. That goes for Angus too. Where does he get that energy from????
Great vid S.O.B. your the man AC/DC BEST ROCK BAND IN THE WORLD, Love from Liverpool ,England WWG1WGA + TEXIT, MAGA MEGA P.S. THE RHYTHM Guitarist was (sadly RIP) MALCOM YOUNG , BROTHER OF ANGUS .
Always stand at the back , bars and toilets always out back..got it to yourselves...if with my daughters, we always standing back...love your channel bud.
My son and some friends took me to an AC/DC concert when I was quite grown up - believe me, you lose enough fluids sweating and shouting for the bathroom not to be an issue. Fantastic feeling to be in an audience completely mellowed out on endorphins at the end of the night. There was a huge police presence outside the gig anticipating trouble, and everybody just walked by them, deaf and smiling.
It is hilarious watching some peoples reaction to this song. Looking dumbfounded at the title. Then the song starts and they see the huge blow up doll. OHHhhhhhhh!. Yeah that is a whole lot of woman! A whole lot of Rosie!
I liked it the way it was, Jeff. Apparently the budget was limited, but I think you’re right. It would’ve worked well as a Western, too. Did you see Mike’s reaction to it from the other day? ❤🇦🇺👍
All top Rock Bands back in the day had 60,000 or 70,000 people per show. That was normal. Saw AC/DC twice. Both times to sold out shows. 60,000 to 70,000 per show. Saw Van Halen. Same deal.
They are so great! I was blessed to see them back in 96 on their Ball breaker tour and in 01 Stiff Upper Lip Tour both with my Dad and mom joined us in 01! I love and miss my dad and thank God we saw our FAVORITE BAND ever!❤❤🎉🎉 There will be never be another rock n roll band like them again..that SOUND.. GRITTY AND READY SOUNDING!🎉
Because sometimes you want to listen to something else? I can understand your enthusiasm, I have felt that myself, but everything needs a break. Then you can appreciate it it later, when it feels right.
@@arconeagain The fact is they payed attention to what they heard. They did a cover of the Lightning Hopkins song Baby please don't go, but, early days they covered different things like that and then started cutting their own records.
They were good and the audience numbers reached their peak with Brain Johnson up front but there lyrical, musical and live playing peaked is without a doubt with Bon Scott up front. Mate you don't go to the bathroom at big concert like that leak in a plastic bottle where you stand.
Angus is one of the best, his brother next to him is Malcolm Young who passed away a few years age in Sydney. Phil rudd the drummer is again one of the best drummers in the world and now lives in New Zealand but has had issues with the law and that is why he did not play with acdc for sometime but believe he is back now. They are the best rock n roll band in the world, Aussie pub rock taken to the world.
You need to hear the original recording with Bon Scott. And just for kicks check out Long way to the Top.

Acca Dacca as always great. Can’t believe angus is still rocking it like this at that age, awesome to see and hear. Love it.

I saw them 40 yrs ago. Great show.
Same here. 43 years ago. I just had a look at my old ticket stub, and the concert cost $12.90. 😂 Can you believe it??! ❤️🇦🇺👍
You can never go wrong with AC/DC delayed or not.

Bon Scott sang the original and best version.
Us older people sit in the seats in the stands, no way for the arena floor! I saw them back when i was 65 for the 3rd time.
The other guitarist is his late great brother Malcolm Young.
the brains behind the band
RIP Mal and Bon

Never bend the knee.
Their song Jail Break would make a better western film/ has more story telling to it.

No no please do the original with Bon it was his friend ....😢😢😢

Lyle or Tector? See Thunderstruck for a mention of Texas. Grew up in Dallas and Austin.
Seen them with 450 thousand Sars stock in Toronto
It's not your fault that someone asked for a divisive video you go into these things blind. The second guitar man is Malcolm Young.
Well said, Graham and despite Mike having gone into it blindly, he has handled the fallout with his usual elegance and sense of fairplay.
@@Laraine3Agreed! ❤️👍
Drummer Phil Rudd.

as much as I prefer Bon Scott it wasn't until Brian Johnson that AC/DC stage presents took off
And the global record sales, too, Kev! ❤️🇦🇺👍
Thanks for the vid. Bon does it better but then again it's good.
Seriously why would anyone listen to anything but hard rock and heavy metal? Best lyrics and best musicianship in the music world.
Because sometimes you want to listen to something else? I can understand your enthusiasm, I have felt that myself, but everything needs a break. Then you can appreciate it it later, when it feels right.
I can appreciate your passion. It’s very uplifting ❤ but sometimes I just want something I can chill out to. We’re all different. ❤️🇦🇺👍
@turdferguson400 Plenty of mellow metal songs too.

Angus young was very inspired by Chuck Berry.
Thing is though, I can hear a lot of B.B. King in his playing as well. I've never heard anyone else make that connection.

You can still go to shows. You don't have to be on the floor, there are plenty of seats.
Whole Lotta Rosie , only one version the Bon Scott version!
5.4k morning Mike

@@SonofBuck-f7z G’day Mike!
I've read those stat's as well, and it looks like 200k per show, not combined. It's filled to the top of the stands...and the entire playing field.
I’d be curious to find out how much tickets are now, Gilly ! ❤ When I saw them in 1981, general admission was $12.90. 😂
@turdferguson400 probably $150
Have you ever seen Primus Big Brown Beaver video I think you would get a kick out of their costumes and the music isn't bad either!!!

BS. Equally as good.
First time hearing Whole lotta Rosie? Have you been living in a cave? I first heard this 45 years ago.☘️
