Michelin Star Service with Clare Smyth at Core

With a little more time on my hands than usual right now, I've been making the most of it by taking my love of cooking to the next level. In this video, I cook alongside Clare Smyth, in the searing heat of Summer 2020.
Clare Smyth is an incredible British Chef who was voted as World's Best Female Chef in 2018 and her London restaurant Core (which holds 2 Michelin Stars) was the perfect place for me to up my cooking game.
Clare kindly invited me during the Wimbledon Championship weeks to cook two of her restaurant dishes and put my technical cooking ability to the test.
