@@AvishekLama I have used the same for my interceptor. Working great almost 18 months later. I also used loctite 290 (small bottle is more than enough). 290 is a wicking grade threadlocker. You put on the nipple and the spoke threads, one drop each and then apply the sealant. Also prevents the spokes from loosening from rough riding.

I don't think it will be a permanent solution, as Himalayan is a Hard-core offroad bike, onece your ream need to spoke alignment , this hard work will go wast, and air will start leaking..... This is completely my personal opinion....
Yes like I said if you are a rough rider and would like to go extreme on off-roads then it’s a big NO..any damage to the rim and you have to do the whole process again
@@AvishekLama yes I agree, and can say all the spoke wheel need time to time alignment, even on normal riding conditions due to our not so great road conditions...
What if there happens a new bend on the rim, or there is some spokes bend which may result in air leak ? ! Please let us know if you have faced any such problems.
Yes if the rim or the spoke breaks you have to redo the whole thing. So as I have mentioned this setup is not meant for riders who does extreme off road
Thanks bro for this information

You can use loctite 596. It's just as good as the 3M and 1/3rd the cost. Don't take my word for it, read the datasheet for both and you'll know.
