Hi friends! Happy Friday 🎉It's a beautiful day today in NYC. Another week of having ups and downs, but that is life. Things ARE improving. When it comes to health though, it is tough. Thanks for showing up every week to take a step into my brain. Love you & am so grateful for you!! 💘
Only an idiot without any perspective or goals would dare to make fun of you! You are doing so much good for you, for your community, for all of us! you keep doing you, follow your dreams and enjoy the process. And you don't need to be perfect because you are amazing already, remember that ;) I wish you a great Friday and an awesome weekend. Greetings from Germany 🤍
You're definitely not alone. Living in Meridan Mississippi there isn't as much to do. But being an artist, I just continue the creativity vibe like I have since 6 years old. Wish I could go thrifting up where you are. Keep the mind busy, speckle with healthy down time. Rinse and repeat. 😅
Personal Trainer here… oh girl,… you def pushed it too much on that run, babe! The first thing that told me you were over exerting was how your face turned red w the white ring around your mouth area. Then of course the nausea that followed. And it doesn’t mean that you’re not up to the challenge. Just that this specific day was not one for such an intense push. Don’t beat yourself up over it, friend. It’s only your body telling you that tomorrow holds more opportunities! Love you Chelsea!
I get red like that on my face any time I work out and I workout multiple times per week. For some people it's just normal. I used to get super insecure and try to avoid working out around other people because of comments they would make. No matter the intensity of my workout, always red (which from personal experience and watching her videos I think Chelsea does too) I actually find it cool that she shows that on her videos because it makes me feel less ashamed about it myself. Some of us pasty white people can't help but become tomatoes when exercising ❤
@@ChelseaCallahan face redness after exercise is all part of the body's natural cooling system. I'm a super tomato-face myself. However, if accompanied by dizziness /nausea it could indicate heat exhaustion. So the redness in itself isn't a problem. Just wondering if you've had your blood glucose levels and blood pressure checked lately? Might be worth it if the nausea keeps happening.
Chelsea, I love your vlogs. In theory, we have very little in common. I'm in my 60s, I live in a small village in Italy. That little voice in the head is, somehow, the same...training for the long-distance walk you want to do when you retire, clean out the accumulated junk in the house, always wanting to be a better version of who I am now, joining community groups and contributing in small actions, connecting with friends and visiting new places and attending events. I love your raw honesty...it, somehow, took me an extra 30 years. 😂
Chelsea, when you are having that internal struggle with perfectionism please remember you have all of us here rooting you on during those low times and celebrating your victories whether they are big or small. Sharing your vulnerabilities and sharing your insecurities is what makes you human and relatable and we love you for that! You ARE amazing! 🙌🏼
I am 77 and follow you religiously. It's great to get the honest female prospective as my 53yo son has lived in NYC for 30+ yrs. He ran the marathon twice around his 40th bday and felt great about it. You guys would love each other...he is an actor at the Met Opera for 20 yrs. Keep up the good work!😘
Hi Chelsea, our lives couldn't be more different. I live in a small city in Germany. All my time is taken up by my job where I am criminally underpaid, renovating a small house I just bought all by my lonesome self, and worrying about whether I made a grave mistake undertaking this project. I've been in NYC three or four times so far (I'm a Broadway fangirl) but could not imagine living there full-time. Yet I love coming on here and watch you live your life. And don't worry about being/seeming perfect. Nobody here clicks on your videos to see perfection. We all love how authentic and real you are. It reminds us of how, ultimately, all human experiences are the same - no matter the circumstances of your situation. I'm sending you all the positive energy you need. 🌻
Mentioning how frustrated you are with hypothyroidism- girl same! Working out and being as active as I’d like is really difficult. It was great to have the diagnosis to understand I’m not lazy, I just get tired more easily and it’s out of my control. Thanks for sharing and reminding us we are not alone 🤍
I love how you are brutally honest in your videos.. you are helping a lot of people.. and I appreciate you for that; because not every RUclipsr does that 😇
Don't know if I'm your oldest follower (63!)...but I've got to tell you Chelsea... every single time I watch you I want to give you the biggest hug. I adore you!😂❤🥰 I've visited NYC several times, LOVE IT and thank you for bringing it to me so I don't have to make that drive from Massachusetts!!!🤣👏🥳 Also, you do the BEST you can do and be proud of yourself. We're ALL cheering you on! 😘💖💕
Not quite ……… 67 here! An old single feminist rooting for this young lady! I subscribed because I want her to succeed ………… on her own! I found her by accident. And I normally wouldn’t have subscribed but she’s got to succeed! So I’m doing my part! I love this young lady that is becoming a strong woman!
Every friday when I come home from work and I see there is a new video by you, I am just happy, get cosy and enjoy the start of my weekend with watching your video. Thank you for sharing some moments of your life 🌻
I clean up the dyke where I live and do this because it irritates me when people throw stuff and don't wait till they get home or put in their own coat or bag. No, throw it on the streets. You could say I do it every day while walking with my dog in the morning. People are consumed by the climate but let's just start with taking your own carbage till you get home! Love that you did that and I hope you continue doing it even in your own neighborhood. I am also so happy that you have found a bigger apartment than the previous one and hope you are feeling happier. Love the lamp by the way! Your channel is going to 100K in these couple months. You deserve it!
Top notch as ever, great video. Please don't be so hard on yourself and try and reframe those thoughts. Running "under two" does not need to be a thing, just participating is already amazing.
I love a cleaning video, woohoo for the deep clean 🙌. I’m also loving the Diane Keaton grand daughter vibe with the turtle necks 😂. Honestly Chelsea, each week your episodes are true remarkable in their honesty and authenticity as you navigate life in your early 30s, it’s a privilege to share the on,ins journey with you. Also huge props to you for the sanitation project, what a great initiative, can’t wait to see where you choose. ❤❤❤
Hi Chelsea, I always look forward to your videos. And seriously, you are AMAZING when it comes to fitness. Just the fact that you are doing it ... amazing. You are way too hard on yourself. I love watching and partaking on life in NYC. It is absolutely fascinating and exciting for someone who has never been to America to get the insights you are giving us. Thank you. I've always loved The Great Gatsby - I hope the musical lived up to the book!! Thanks for being so inspiring!!
Chelsea, the reason we love you is you're real. You're open to showing us vulnerabilities. That shit is so relatable. If you suck at something, it's not a bad reflection on you, it's a positive thing. Because we all suck at something and there's nothing wrong with that.
Don't be too rough on yourself, Chelsea. Do your very best, and don't worry if you're not 100% everytime. Maybe these few weeks are a bit of a hurry for that run, but if you do your best, you'll have plenty of reasons to be proud of yourself. There will be more runs, more semi-marathons, you can take one step at a time and try several times. Not being on top is not a failure, you could see it as a checkpoint! It will give you clear hints on what you want and could improve for the next run. You owe nothing to anyone, but kindness and love, and that applies to yourself too. Lots of love from France
Hi Chelsea, I’m a fellow runner from Australia. Just wanted to say you WILL get better at running, it just takes time. So please don’t be so hard on yourself. The key is to just enjoy the process and the results will come. I believe in you, you’re a bloody strong lady. ❤ your aussie mate Helen x
Hi Chelsea! I'm 31 and also dealing with hormonal issues. For the last two years I was in the best shape ever and had all the energy to do all the things. Since 2024 my energy level has gone all the way down and I'm struggling to do the bare minimum. I'm glad that you're speaking on that because I feel like a lot of thirty something women are probably feeling like we are.
Friends & I were actually talking about this. ( we are in our 40's & 50's) We all HATE (& i don't use that term like, ever) We Hate the perfect vloggers. You can see right through the BS. We need something to relate to. We need to see other people's failure so that we feel normal. So show us the raw, the everyday, the basic truth. No need to sugar coat anything. ❤
Hey Chelsea, I can highly recommend switching from chemical cleaners to a simple vinegar mix! Just add water, vinegar and maybe a few drops of dishwashing liquid to a spray bottle and clean away. You may need to get used to the smell but it always fades away and cleans everything so well! Also investing in good cloths and making sure to wipe everything down with a clean dry cloth as the final step helps a lot with making things nice and shiny. And make sure to let the mixture sit for awhile on any stubborn spots, give it time to soak into any stains. Its so easy, cleaning vinegar is super cheap, and much better for your lungs and the environent!
Hi Chelsea. I'm enjoying watching your kittens scamper around your flat. I've had most of my cats as rescues, so the only downside of that is not knowing them as kittens. Thanks for your blogs.
Chelsea, you have a whole marathon under your belt. And not just any marathon, the NYC marathon!! You don't need to prove anything to anyone. Just run when you feel like running without expectations. I too love running but there are days when the mind doesn't want to cooperate and the outcome sucks, so just do what you can if your body is not working. Enjoy yourself and your life. We are all here cheering you on no matter what. ❤
You're building so much infrastructure inside your head and body in these years, Chelsea. I often think people who are in perpetual crisis in their marriages is because they didn't have those five years of living/being alone. Just taking time to see what life is life without the distractions or energy of another person.
Love your videos, Chelsea, and I love your community too! The support and understanding everyone offers you is really comforting. I love how you do - and film! - being human with such honesty, and then when I read the supportive comments it just reminds me that there are some really lovely folk out there. Win win! Your videos enable acceptance and kindness - all against that fabulous New York backdrop! ❤😍🥰 🙏
Chelsea, a RUclips vlogger named Tisha Shrestha gave you a shout out for turning her on to Factor! I started watching her just recently as she was hunting for a new apartment. Just thought you might like to know she spoke of your channel!
Thanks for pointing this out. I commented that you, her and Alexis are my comfort RUclipsrs and was surprised that I was not the only one! lol everyone was like “me too!”
Hey Chelsea, this is my first time commenting here but I have been watching your channel for more than a year now. I have moved alone from Belgium to NY about a year and a half ago, lived there for a year and went back to Belgium. When I lived in NY, you were part of the "stable elements" of my life. It was so nice to see a relatable woman in her early thirties embracing her 'introvertness' and enjoying living alone in NY. And now that I am back to Belgium, miss NY and have to navigate the unknown, seeing you living your everyday life in NY is also one of my "anchors" back to NY (ok maybe a bit of an intense word, but you get the idea). I love that you are so human and so genuine. You said in your previous vlog that pulling out the camera to cry is cringe; I also often think that, when seeing some youtubers do it, but here I feel like it's so different. You're basically just facetiming friends to help you regulate your emotions. If I am commenting, it's thanks to your reminders throughout vlogmas, to remind people to comment. I have been wanting to comment ever since but since I am the queen of procrastination, it took me four months, but here I am! So my 2nd message is basically, please continue saying in your videos how important it is to support content creators by liking, commenting and watching ads, because I never gave it a good thought before you mentioned it (and it helped that you repeated it across videos). Thank you for your videos and sending you lots of love from Belgium 💖
Chelsea, when you wake up it’s always a Chelsea morning! Joni Mitchell song lyric, BTW! I’m your mom’s age, and I believe the not good enough vibe is in lots of us, especially women. When it comes up, wish it a nice day and tell it you’re MORE than enough and let it go. BECAUSE YOU ARE. I almost passed out in my doctor’s office last week. The nurse brought me three glasses of water and an alcohol pad. The alcohol pad takes away nausea when sniffed. I was definitely dehydrated after a busy morning of running around and not drinking my water. Bettering oneself is the best! You have a lovely social circle, and seem to enjoy the best the city has to offer. You rock!! And use less chemicals. Vinegar is cheap and safe for most cleanups!
Thanks for telling us about the Sanitation Foundation. I've been doing my own little litter thing for years. I call it One Piece A Day. Every day, I make sure to pick up at least one piece of litter. Sometimes it's more (especially in the winter because I'm wearing gloves) and if I miss a day, the next day I pick up at least two.. It's not much, so it's easy to do. I figure that in a year, I probably fill the equivalent of one or two corner garbage bins. I was inspired after hearing Bette Midler talk about how beautiful this city is, and how she couldn't understand how people can just walk past litter. I love the idea of choosing to take care of one little spot.
Thank you for sharing your struggles with chronic illness and sharing encouragement for others when it's so hard to be kind to yourself sometimes. I have Endometriosis and had Adenomysosis until recently when I had a hysterectomy to remove it. And I have days where it feels like the fatigue or pain is so bad that I can't do what my brain tells me I should be doing and the struggle internally, constantly battling with your body is exhausting. But when I see people like you sharing your experiences, I allow myself some grace. Thank you 🥰
Hi my name is Nicholas Papadopoulakis from NYC and I was born and raised in Chania Crete Greece. I saw your New York City posts and advices to survive in the city, and I like your optimism and strategy. Besides I feel you how you feel here in NYC, and I also feel the same way as well since I do miss my homeland and the quality of life and community in Crete Greece. One thing which I would suggest you to find people is to use Meetup and find clubs where you can meet people with the same common interests.

Going next level w cooking! Props!. Im mentally tweaking my "diet" as I am tryinnnnng to get started training again. Unfortunately Im vegan so it's a limited menu. But it'll be okay. Hopefully. Luv your cooking segments. I'll say this..even when you are stressed and struggling...it just such a supportive comfy space you created. I mean that!
Girl, I don‘t think that anybody watching your videos is looking for perfection 😅 you are so damn relatable and that‘s why we love your content. When was perfection ever relatable?! You rock and everything‘s fine. Be gracious with yourself, so do we 🙏🏼
I have a spring clean weekend ahead of me and I'm literally about to head out to buy some vinegar and lemongrass essential oil - dilute with a bit of water and tea tree oil for disinfect and that's all i use for cleaning!!! thanks for the inspo love you lady
Thanks a lot for your videos, Chelsea. I just finished moving to Queens, and your work assisted in its incredible smoothness. Your vulnerability and character are distinct, and we are lucky to have you on this platform. Keep doing what you do best.
I just stumbled upon your channel. As a single girl in her 20s, this is so refreshing. So authentic. So real. And you make it feel like everything is just the way it is supposed to be. Thankful I found you! You are capable of incredible things and of inspiring so many.
I am so thankful for how open and honest you are about stuff with us. I am also SO FRUSTRATED with my training for rock climbing. I have some health stuff which means I'm worse than I used to be, and I keep getting injured when I take steps to try to get stronger. I hear you, I see you, and thanks for sharing this ❤️
Chelsea, thank you for being "vulnerable" in this video. I started watching it a few days ago, but got distracted by life stuff, so I just watched the second half today-- a day when I feel particularly stuck. I really needed to see somebody else just dealing with everyday shit, self-doubts and also personal triumphs. I can't run anymore (I'm older and have spine issues), so I really enjoy watching you continue to do that. (I was cheering you on and crying with you from my car as I was driving to work, when you crossed the marathon finish line last year.) Thank you for sharing snippets of your life. 😃❤
I totally relate to what you said about taking NYC for granted. I also have moments like that with my own city. Also the one with letting your body sleep when it clearly wants to. I just had the same thing happen to me yesterday. Clicked on this video simply because it has always been my dream to visit NYC, but stayed throughout the whole thing and will definitely look forward to more from you!
as a fellow perfectionist it took me a long time to let my body rest and prioritise the needs of my body and feelings over my mind. Teaching my body to come to the state the "rest and digest", listening to my feelings and deleting all my social media was extremely liberating. Also this is a piece of unasked for advice - separating your work from your personal life is a game changer for any creative person, that's especially when your work is so closely connected with your personal life.
Two things. 1st: Hormones kick your ass, get pass it! 2nd: Your 30! You’re able to move forward and rise above the stuff that people feel awkward about. Be yourself. Enjoy the day and embrace the things you have control over. Do not let the past dictate your future. Love your energy and enthusiasm for adventure. Have fun and bring pleasure to those you select to be in your circle. I wish you a pleasant path. Love.
I heard about you from Like it Like Loren. I enjoyed your video. My name is Kathy and I live in Little Rock. I’m 70 yrs old and you make me feel young!
Chelsea!! Loved meeting you at the Great Gatsby event and so glad you enjoyed the show. Jeremy and Eva's voices are literally 🤯 thanks for another wonderful vlog ✨
Your videos bring me so much joy. Thank you, Chelsea, for inspiring us all. Perfect is the enemy of the good and it's taken me such a long time to come to terms with it. But we aren't valued on doing everything perfectly, we are valued on being good people and putting good into the world. And you do that and so much more. ❤
Chelsea - your vlogs are wonderful. Hey from Gold Coast (Australia). I am feeling like death warmed up today and feeling frustrated with my body (yay perimenopause) so I needed a nice little vlog like yours today. Nothing that "teaches" me something. Something I can get lost in someone else's life whilst I lament how alone I feel in mine.
❤❤❤ I am in turning 52 in a couple of weeks, things that I know now, that I wish I knew in my 30’s, do not do shit that makes you stressed or anxious. 😬 I have learned to find things that are equally healthy that I do enjoy. I hate running with every inch of my being, but I do love palates/yoga so I do that instead. Not sure that was helpful, but trying to say be kind to yourself when you are pushing yourself to do something you do not enjoy. ❤❤❤❤
I just finished 👀 this video & it's 9:30am in SF. You've inspired me to get my day started, #1 make ☕️ then a little breakfast #2 go to the gym #3 come home & do exactly what u did in ur apt CLEAN! Thank u for this inspiration on a Sat morning 🌄 hope u have an amazing weekend!
Hi Chelsea, I'm fairly new to your channel but quickly catching up with you from your start. I love your channel. You're real and not afraid to be you, that's a great trait. Keep up the great work, thanks for keeping it real❤
Thank you so much for sharing Chelsea! As someone who's just re-started therapy and is working through some similar things such as only sharing the bits I'm great at and guilt-tripping myself (especially about my physical limits - having anxiety and ocd was always okay as long as it didn't impair my endeavours, definitely still learning to be patient and give myself more time and grace in doing things that I had previously listed as easy (such as being *on* for more than a few hours)) your vulnerability makes me feel so much less alone
As always I loved this realistic vlog and got a bit teary eyed when you were talking about frustration abt the body. You’re doing such inspiring work Chelsea, just by being yourself on camera. Thank you!
Hey Chelsea! I love your content. It's very cozy. I loved painting my nails while watching this video. You are also a big inspiration for the way I create content. Love from Greece
Love your bathroom organizer/shelf above the toliet. It's so satisfying cleaning when u are mad or pissed off. Some ppl exercise i rage clean/ vaccum😂. Just tell yourself you are doing great & u are still lapping all of us who are sitting on the couch. Don't put your make-up/skincare in the bathroom! The humidity will break down the products quicker, this is especially true for fragrance which should be kept in a cool, dark place such as the fridge. Love the sanitation kit they sent you! I watch other NYC blogs (Cash Jordan)& it looks so dirty there with the trash bags piled on the street, glad u joinned a good cause! Your event looked like a lot of fun! Good luck on your race! You are killin it 🎉
It always makes me happy to watch your videos, even when you aren’t feeling well. They inspire me a lot and remind me that, like you said, things get better.
Chelsea dancing made my day 💃 @19:34 you say “…I’m the most amazing person in the world” and it just sounded like the Virgo was in full bloom there. It’s boldness with deep deep layers of humility that only someone with the same quality of confidence can see properly in someone else. Actually, this entire video was your Virgo on display!! Your dancing, your confidence. The very specific quality to it. Your approach to how you dare yourself. ♍️ You’re an absolute ⭐️ ~NoWa
Chelsea your vlogs give me life I can’t express it enough we are pretty close in age I’m 31 and I find so much comfort in watching your journey. There are so many days I feel lost or feel like my life isn’t going how I think it’s suppose to. But your vlogs are always a bit of light in my day. You’re the freaking best! 😊
Hi Chelsea! I also love book stores - both new and used. What’s amazing to think about is that each book on the shelf is the result of the hard work, dedication and creativity of 1 person! It’s amazing when you contextualize it that way. It’s a metaphor of your hard work and dedication in preparing for your half marathon. You’ve got this and we believe in you 🥰
When I tell friends that I go running every week and have completed a marathon, they always say something like "I can't stand running. I don't know how you do it." Honestly, friends...same.
I'm impressed by your 9 mile run! I've made it to 8 as an all-time high so you're inspiring me to keep trying! Also, definitely ditch the harsh chemicals! A spray bottle with vinegar, soap and water will work just fine for most things! :) I changed over a few years ago and mentally feel so much better not choking while I clean the bathroom lol
fellow hormone struggling girlie: definitely try to go non-toxic when it comes to cleaning products and and laundry detergent and skin care! so many endocrine disruptors everywhere ❤ love you!
I ran the LondonMarathon last Sunday, I would love to run NYC marathon, but more likely to get a place at Boston, travelling from the uk will be exciting. Good luck with your training, you will be great …love the channel
Hey Chelsea! I can recommend looking into running groups around NYC and things like that because when you are part of a group working towards something it makes it sooo much easier for training and keeping yourself motivated. Speaking from a 3:10 marathoner :) There has to be a lot of groups in that city and adding the social part to the sport makes it 100 times more fun. You already made the hardest part which is the beginning, so don't give up now!
Yes!! How do you get over the fear of running with ppl? I have avoided it like the plague because I feel like I'm not at that level yet. 3:10 is soooo impressive!!
@@ChelseaCallahan First time is always scary as everything new! But once you go a few times and start meeting the people it gets easier. Just look for a group that runs in paces that you are comfourtable running in (usually they post the oncoming workouts on instagram and things like that). There are groups more focused on competitiveness and others more on the social aspect of running, you just have to find one that matches you. And thank you! :D
Hi Chelsea! Long time lurker, second time commenter. I wanted to pop by and just basically agree with what everyone is saying here. I love your videos, they're always so relateable and real, there's just no bs which I love. Obviously many videos online are so filtered and edited and while it can be entertaining to watch, it can still feel like they're worlds away from real life and unattainable in every way. Your videos are not like that and it's inspiring to see how even though you struggle sometimes you still keep trying and improving but then also that sometimes for whatever reason it's just not your day and that's okey too! It's so nice to see and I relate to you a lot. Also, as a skin care enthusiast I gotta say I loved the peek into your skincare stash! I had to freeze frame cause I love knowing what kind of products others use😅. Have to say you own a lot of products I've wanted to try for so long, especially the Paula's Choice products. Can I ask if you have any thoughts especially on the Azelaic Acid one? Have you found that it works? I feel like I might have the same skin concerns as you so I just wanted to ask if you have any products that you feel has helped or improved your skin? I look forward to the next video. Hope you have a great day✨
Another great video, Time Square shots, awesome. Your life is so full and happy until it comes to the running. If you dont love something, dont do it. You have a current goal. Once this half marathon is over, it's no shame to pick a more enjoyable goal. I know 3 runners who train for marathons, they run incredible distance to train, they run, they rest next day run, next day rest, etc.. They love every minute of training. It's ok to move on from something you dont love. Not everything is for everyone.
No runner has good runs every time they go out. Just because I have a few bad runs doesn’t mean giving up is the answer. Sometimes all it takes is a shifted mindset.
Hi Chelsea…I was feeling really frustrated at my body for not doing what I need it to do. Your message put me at ease. Thank you 🫶🏾

My friend, running is hard. We know this. Self motivating is really hard. Even if you had a not perfect run….you RAN! So GOOD JOB. We also know how rare it is to have a Great Run. So we slog thru the harder ones joping the next one will be GREAT. But be proud that youre getting it DONE. Also if you wanna do another 13.1 this year..have you ever sone Greta’s Great Gallop…? Its a whole fun weekend of racing. Its 3 weeks before NYC 26.2. So…NICE weather! I luv that race. Anyway youre doing great…! We are here to support you always! 🗽🎉🥰
Hi Chelsea! You continue to inspire me and keep me accountable. Even though we represent different generations, as single women, we share many common bonds. Continue to keep it SO real! I’m cheering you on every single day! BTW… a girl can never have too many scissors! My son-in-law found it quite amusing that I had 11 pair of scissors in a crock on top of my fridge. I’ll grab a pair and they end up in a distant part of the house, but I can always count on a fresh pair ready to go right there in that crock! Love you lady❤️
Chelsea, I love your vlogs! They relate such a realistic and relatable life here in NYC that I can't help but come back to them again and again. I actually saw you once on a train, but I was terrified to approach you. Just know I love your content and watch every vlog you publish and will continue to do so! Good luck in the Brooklyn Half (you'll be running with my run club mates from Bronx Sole)!
I red something about training regarding your menstrual cycle phase. Maybe it's even more interesting checking this theory when there's additional hormonal chaos going on, like you mentioned. I'm not a very sporty person, so I don't know if it works 😅 Lots of love 👋
Ugh I relate to your thyroid struggles. I was hyperthyroid and had Graves’ disease until I had my thyroid removed. Now I’m on thyroid meds to replace the hormone, but occasionally I get bumped into hypo territory now and it’s the worst. I totally feel you. 😔
Yes to the non chemical cleaners! If you mix vinegar and water in a spray bottle it does a good job. You can add essential oils to make it smell nice too.
Awesome video... I used to be such runner and really "pusher" of myself- Bikram, the whole deal. I am so about ease and rest now... I am happy to walk my dog and work out gently, yoga. It's been a journey but I am so much happier. I used to live in NYC so long and the sanitation department there is amazing and innovative ! They have the best programs and ideas!
Well done for growing and being. You sharing the peaks and troughs of your NYC life is our priviledge - thank you. Stay well and passionate. I feel your hypothyroid struggles. Best wishes from Auckland, New Zealand : - ) xx
Hi friends! Happy Friday 🎉It's a beautiful day today in NYC. Another week of having ups and downs, but that is life. Things ARE improving. When it comes to health though, it is tough. Thanks for showing up every week to take a step into my brain. Love you & am so grateful for you!! 💘
Grateful for you and your good humor! It’s going to be a great episode when the intro has: “welcome to another glamorous NYC Vlog!” 😘
Only an idiot without any perspective or goals would dare to make fun of you! You are doing so much good for you, for your community, for all of us! you keep doing you, follow your dreams and enjoy the process. And you don't need to be perfect because you are amazing already, remember that ;)

Question... if that happens even when I just walk really fast is that bad? 😅 Thanks for the insight & support ❤

I used to get super insecure and try to avoid working out around other people because of comments they would make. I was going to mention the same
Chelsea, I love your vlogs.
Sending you positive energy right back to finish your small house! Such a cool project :) If you ever decide to vlog the process let us know!
Same ! I have hypothyroid, too ! It’s pretty major, alright !
Me too!
I love how you are brutally honest in your videos.. you are helping a lot of people.. and I appreciate you for that; because not every RUclipsr does that 😇
I cannot imagine running 1 mile, so the fact that people can do that and more is amazing to me. Don't forget to celebrate the small victories!
You're right! Can't lose sight of the small wins
Hello fellow senior sister! I’m 66 so I’ve got you there! I’ve watched all of Chelsea’s vlogs and feel very protective of her! Nice to meet you!
@@CarolJoyable Same here!!! So happy to meet you! She's a light in this world, that's for Sure!!! 💜💜
Right there with y’all! I’m turning 55 this year. Group hug everyone 🥰
@@Serendipitous69 My 50s were FABULOUS and the 60s just as great! 🥰🥳🤗❤️
Thank you for sharing some moments of your life 🌻
Give yourself grace Chelsea, that fact that you are even participating and actively training speaks volumes. Take it one day at a time!!
You’re right ❤️
I love a cleaning video, woohoo for the deep clean 🙌. ❤❤❤
Omg Diane Keaton!! What a legend :)
❤❤❤
35 girl here and I feel it. I miss my 20s energy and skin….😅
you are so sweet! such a great community here, glad you're a part of it ❤
Chelsea, a RUclips vlogger named Tisha Shrestha gave you a shout out for turning her on to Factor! I started watching her just recently as she was hunting for a new apartment. Just thought you might like to know she spoke of your channel!
Yay I saw! Love her ❤️
Thanks for pointing this out. I commented that you, her and Alexis are my comfort RUclipsrs and was surprised that I was not the only one! lol everyone was like “me too!”
@@Ahhnuhh I watch them, too, as well as Taylor Morello..... : ) . She is super sweet & her videos are calming, too....

Leather jacket is so Buffy the vampire slayer and I looove it
Chelsea, when you wake up it’s always a Chelsea morning!
Be gracious with yourself, so do we 🙏🏼
"The Great Gatsby" one of my all-time favorite movies 🎥 - the 1st one ... ⭐
“Throw it back appropriate” I love this description x

happy cleaning!!
Thanks a lot for your videos, Chelsea. I just finished moving to Queens, and your work assisted in its incredible smoothness. Your vulnerability and character are distinct, and we are lucky to have you on this platform. Keep doing what you do best.
You’re doing great sweet angel. One day at a time, be kind to yourself you deserve it 🩷 love you Chel
I hear you, I see you, and thanks for sharing this ❤️
Your choice of classical music made the sunscreen application quite epic. I appreciate it lol
First hour notification crew, made it! Always a great day when you upload!
Plantar fasciitis in other feet girlie here… I completed a 6.1km walk today! Still frustrated at my body but I’m not quitting!
Yes!!!! That’s amazing ❤️
Your lifestyle and coziness in this vlog, so nice ❤❤!!
as a fellow perfectionist it took me a long time to let my body rest and prioritise the needs of my body and feelings over my mind.
So relatable - especially hypothyroidism & buying multiples because you can't find something. Well done on the cleaning!
I LOVE what you’re doing for your community. That’s real mutual aid.
Chelsea!! Loved meeting you at the Great Gatsby event and so glad you enjoyed the show. Jeremy and Eva's voices are literally 🤯 thanks for another wonderful vlog ✨
!! Thank you for having me!!! Loved meeting you. Such a magical night ✨

Hi Chelsea, I'm fairly new to your channel but quickly catching up with you from your start. I love your channel. You're real and not afraid to be you, that's a great trait. Keep up the great work, thanks for keeping it real❤
Thank you so much for sharing Chelsea! As someone who's just re-started therapy and is working through some similar things such as only sharing the bits I'm great at and guilt-tripping myself (especially about my physical limits - having anxiety and ocd was always okay as long as it didn't impair my endeavours, definitely still learning to be patient and give myself more time and grace in doing things that I had previously listed as easy (such as being *on* for more than a few hours)) your vulnerability makes me feel so much less alone
just wanted to say hi from Boise
You’re an absolute ⭐️

Love you 🥰 you’re the best. Have a great weekend!!
You’ve got this and we believe in you 🥰
Ooh I felt that second hand satisfaction after you finished cleaning your apartment. I know the feeling, it's the best, good for you girl ☺️
I'm so glad I found this. I've been in a rut for a while now and this made me feel better. I'm gonna go clean my apartment now too.
When I tell friends that I go running every week and have completed a marathon, they always say something like "I can't stand running. I don't know how you do it."
Honestly, friends...same.
It's good to see your smiling face. I loved watching you clean your apartment and spending time with friends! Your videos are so wholesome :)
I'm impressed by your 9 mile run! I've made it to 8 as an all-time high so you're inspiring me to keep trying! Also, definitely ditch the harsh chemicals! A spray bottle with vinegar, soap and water will work just fine for most things! :) I changed over a few years ago and mentally feel so much better not choking while I clean the bathroom lol
your vlogs calm me down amidst the mess my life is at the moment, i love you, just that

Love the music!! Good luck with your training. You are doing great!!
fellow hormone struggling girlie: definitely try to go non-toxic when it comes to cleaning products and and laundry detergent and skin care! so many endocrine disruptors everywhere ❤ love you!
I ran the LondonMarathon last Sunday, I would love to run NYC marathon, but more likely to get a place at Boston, travelling from the uk will be exciting. Good luck with your training, you will be great …love the channel
Love being in NYC W you. You are really motivating yourself to try new adventures-I’m sure its a challenge at times but good for you.
Living vicariously through your vlogs ✨ 🙌 💖 💛 😍 💓 ✨ 🙌 💖 💛 😍
loved the vlog. and oh wow, the adopt your spot project is so cool!
Yall, the vlogs just get better and better, keep up the good work 😊
You’re the most relatable RUclipsr ever! Please keep doing you. Love your videos 😊
I red something about training regarding your menstrual cycle phase. Maybe it's even more interesting checking this theory when there's additional hormonal chaos going on, like you mentioned.
I'm not a very sporty person, so I don't know if it works 😅
Lots of love 👋
Thanks for keeping that beautiful city clean Chelsea ;)
Ugh I relate to your thyroid struggles. I was hyperthyroid and had Graves’ disease until I had my thyroid removed. Now I’m on thyroid meds to replace the hormone, but occasionally I get bumped into hypo territory now and it’s the worst. I totally feel you. 😔
Hey just chilling with my pal Chelsea who I've never actually meet... this is actually one of my favourite parts of the week....
Mohuya.. I love her content. I’m so happy u both are friends … great vlog
Yes to the non chemical cleaners! If you mix vinegar and water in a spray bottle it does a good job. You can add essential oils to make it smell nice too.
You’re a strong runner Chelsea, just do it for fun, 2, 4, 5 miles whatever feels good for your soul!
Thank you so much for your honesty and vulnerability ❤ We all face those self-doubts. You're helping so many people in showing that vulnerability 💕
