      Hi Iove, I just want to say that what's your feeling is normal and sit down in prioritize what you want to do if the run is something you really want to do or if it's just something that's on your list then maybe it's time to cut something from that list. It's okay not to want to do the race every year. Or if you do want to do the race, maybe there's something else to downsize with. If you're not happy doing these things then that's when it's time to sit down and prioritize. You got this!

    In my eyes you were quite successful this week, meeting with friends, dancing, helping keep new york clean and running an incredible distance.
    Your body may say otherwise but truly much to be proud of..
    Lastly, cleaning the apartment is equivelent to decluttering your mind - what a perfect way to start a new week.

    Girl, it's totally okay to not have a positive outcome every time. A sentence that I actually got tattooed cause it's so true is: SOME DAYS ARE F*CKED AND CANNOT BE UNF*CKED. And that's ok. Tomorrow might be Better. Don't be hard on yourself. You're amazing

    Just keep going. Don't beat yourself up about anything. You're way ahead of the life game than a lot of people. Messy apartments are ok. Feeling icky is ok. All fleeting situations and moments.

    This is normal life Chelsea, it’s not linear, it’s confusing, tiring and often disorganised. It’s also full of fun things and meeting your friends to celebrate. Well done on finishing that run, it was a monumental achievement. And FYI, you’re not dirty in your apartment, the place is untidy but not over the top. You are as always, crushing it ❤❤❤

    Chelsea, please don’t ever stop making these videos. You have no idea how much they help me. I’m 29 and I live alone as well, and I relate to your lifestyle so much. I sometimes feel overwhelmed with how much I have to clean, or feel bad about sleeping in on a Sunday. These videos are honestly my saving grace. I get so excited when I see you’ve posted. I’ve also never been to New York so I love being able to see the city a bit through your videos 😊

    You did great!! You got up, got to Central Park, ran sooo many more miles than most humans EVER do, did the dishes, put away the laundry, tidied the house, took a shower, nourished your body. So much accomplished! 🎉 Take a well-earned rest and order some Thai food!!

    Thank you Chelsea. Thank you for showing your honest raw emotions to us. Your vlogs helps me through some serious mental times and glad to know we can have bad days,mental blocks. It isn’t pretty at times and it is okay to just FEEL not okay but push through it and just feel. Your channel gives me a big sense of relief.

    I didn’t fully read the schedule but at least for me I would need a day where i do nothing each week to decompress. I couldn’t keep up when I had a schedule like yours. Plus if you miss a day it’s good to be able to push it to an available slot

    Chelsea, thank you for this vulnerability. We all get there. You are so strong. Sometimes the hardest thing is just to accept that our bodies and mind just are where they are, even if it's not where we want them to be. It's good to take some breaths and listen to your body to tell you what it needs.
    You should be incredibly proud of everything you do and that trying is hard and vulnerability is scary. But you will make so many people feel less alone in sharing that as we've all been there wondering why we feel like that.

    I know that you know this, but when you run, some days are just awful and hard. It’s like you’ve never run before. Your legs feel like dead weights or you can’t manage your breathing. Then the next time it can feel like you can run forever! And some days we feel like crap and cry. Nothing wrong with that I’m sure you felt better the next day. Happy running and happy spring.     I could relate to this vlog a lot. This week I've just been in a low energy funk for no apparent reason. Zero motivation or energy. Sometimes that just happens and I know I've survived funks 100% of the time and it just all turns around at a moment's notice. Just ride the wave. You'll get back to yourself again!

    This is the most Virgo video I’ve ever seen lol! From the list of chores on your phone to enthusiastically embracing new learning experiences to cleaning the streets (!) of NYC and then breaking down because you didn’t meet your own self imposed goals- I am laughing, nodding my head in agreement and empathizing as only another Virgo knows how to do. You got this my earth angel- don’t sweat the small stuff as much, I swear it will all be ok in the end.

    Well I'll overshare too then. The end of February I had a gastric bypass, which was a huge decision, but my health issues were stacking up. As of now, already, all of my health goals have been achieved.
    My blood sugars were wonky and not responding to medications. They returned to normal for the first time in years 10 days after the surgery.
    All my body pain is gone. I was sure I had arthritis or bursitis. Nope - gone.
    I was prescribed a cpap machine, which was so annoying and scary. Gone.
    And I've just been taken off all my blood pressure medicines. I've taken 2 every day for over 10 years.
    And I haven't even lost much weight (yet it's been less than 2 months.) But the rerouting of my guts really did something for me.
    I have around 60 more pounds to lose. Piece of cake.
    The first month especially was tough. But I made it though.
    You will too Chelsea. Having a bad run day due to some discombobulated thinking this past week - nbd. Don't get down by one bad week. Don't get on yourself because you didn't follow your new plan exactly. It takes a while to make a new habit - take it from me! You've started and that's what matters. You'll get back on track before you know it.

    The social media being unhinged part is so true😮‍💨 someone could be making Mac and cheese and people will be like “ that’s so inconsiderate for the lactose intolerant community” or “what should I replace the cheese with if I don’t like cheese “ I don’t know another recipe?😪
    Or the “if you don’t burn everything from this brand that support this horrible cause/ if you don’t speak about what’s happening in that part of the world on your channel I’m unfollowing you” huh you mean the item they bought with their own money? How is that affecting the brand?

    I relate soo hard to the running feeling of not being where you want :/ last month I had to cancel my half marathon that I’d trained for half a year from NO experience- I got an injury and had to take a long break. I was running 10mi and then bc of the break could only do the 8k when the race rolled around. Setbacks happen all the time and running is supposed to be for fun! Sometimes it’s all you can do to START a run, that’s already an accomplishment. (Also I started watching a year ago and you were a huge reason I was inspired to run at all much luv from pdx)

    Girl, your doing a lot! There has been a lot of changes in your life! Give yourself some GRACE, PLEASE!!🙏
    I am laying in bed in Tx with a bad back and hips! Can’t even drive most days or cook for 19min without having to lay back down again! I wish I come clean for you! I miss cleaning my house! It brought me joy, and was relaxing to me and reduced my stress! I’m just surviving over here forcing myself to done everything everyday with pain! It made me cry when I saw you so upset, about your run! They way I saw it, you got up out of the house, ran, walked for Hod sake that would be a dream for me! I would love to take my daughter to a park today and at least just get the chance to watch her swing, run and play, or even take her to lunch!
    You really do a lot with your life but I think you’re not realizing it! When I watch your videos it bring me hope that sometime I could just even walk through the grocery store and pick my own groceries! We have huge stores here in Tx. It’s the little things we need to find appreciation in! Maybe it doesn’t feel you do a lot since you’re no longer in the NYC grind but it’s a huge accomplishment you have succeeded all by yourself!
    You moved, decorated pretty much all by yourself, have been in quite a lot of races and done really great! One day out of sorts is not going to stop 🛑 you if I could get on a plane and sit for 4 hours I would be there everyday to cheer you on! I am PROUD of you, and I think you need to look back at the past 6 months and say to yourself,
    ME! I did all this and I’m still going and making changes and doing things everyday to make my life better! Maybe what you don’t know is that your are doing something really really special is helping people like me to have hope, to do just a 1/4 of what you get done in a day! So,
    Please lighten up and give yourself GRACE, not just sometime but,
    ALL THE TIME! 🙏
    Maybe God bless you with good health and happiness and to have the wisdom to know you are moving forward and you have bettered your life! It might not be right where you want it to be but you’re moving in that direction everyday! So,
    Please 😊 and be happy!!!

    This came at the perfect time. Thank you for sharing and as everyone has been saying, you actually got a heck of a lot done and achieved a great deal. We all have "Bleh" days, and there's no point in hiding them. There's a stregth to feeling those feelings - crying, breathing. Everything feels so much better afterwards, when you allow your body to feel what it must. Have a relaxing weekend. Treat yourself. You live in a gorgeous city. I'd see some art or a show there if I could :) A flat white and a book is also so healing. Enjoy whatever makes you feel special. Hugs xxo

    something i do when i get overwhelmed with how messy my apartment seems is setting a 15 min timer and just clean for that long (sometimes ill want to keep going after the time tho!). it’s amazing what you can get done in that time.

    Chelsea! You got this! You inspired me to run my first half (it’s tomorrow! NYC runs Brooklyn half 🤸🏾‍♀️) . Some runs will SUCK and that’s okay. They are part of the running process. Rooting for you. A month is plenty of time to get on track! If you have to slow down your pace this go round, who tf care 🎉

    Aw. Im sorry you had a bad run.
    Cant tell you how many times Ive “pulled over” and sat down n cried during bad runs in CP. Either bc I “bonked” or bc I wasnt feeling it.
    Youll be okay Chels. You did the NYC Marathon. You are THAT strong. I know that sometimes (many for me) when Ive taken breaks and started again it feels like you’ve never run before ever. But youll be okay! I say this having already epically failed at my first 4 weeks of Base Training. So Im feeling defeated as hell. But we have time to get back on track.🗽🥰

    Chelsea, you don't have to be so hard on yourself. Some days/weeks aren't the greatest, but you will bounce back. And you DID say you weren't feeling the greatest. This will pass and you will crush it!!

Yes there were ups (the volunteer work and hanging with your friends) and downs (the frustration during the run), but that is life and you handled it just fine.     When you stopped in the park to cry, I FELT THAT HARD. I was in the same mindset at some points through my half marathon training last year. Girl you are amazing and you have so much time to make up for anything but even if you aren't where you want to be then that's okay, just enjoy the journey. 🫶🏻 Keep your head up and doing what you're doing.

    21:54 I have days where I get everything done I can think of and feel so accomplished and like a real adult. I also have days where I can barely get off the couch. You are amazing and will get thru it. One bad day of running is still a day where you tried. Be proud of yourself.

    Seeing you get overwhelmed during your run made me feel so seen. I recently started working on my fitness and it can be so frustrating and overwhelming sometimes. I’m glad you were still able to finish the training. Perseverance!!

    Hi! Thank You so much for the video and that honesty. I watch your videos for a while (but never comment... well......) and I adore how you show NORMAL life. not instagram, but totally normal. We all are messy, we all are chaotic and sometimes we have some troubles and feel overwhelmed. As a 30-something who is living alone and work too much i totally FEEL YOU and adore that You are talking about "figuring out" things. Thanks for that, I really needed that. I’m not a runner so I don’t know all the things it takes to be prepared for a 10k or especially a marathon. But you do. I know you got this girl! Sending you energy and much joy and positive vibes.

    Many boxes were checked this week for you.
    Mini steps beats no steps everyday and twice on Sunday.
    Don't be too hard on yourself when it comes to running fitness. I can't run a mile nonstop but I manage to get miles for events. Its a blessing to move your body and remember... you will always out run this old man😅

    when you made your charcuterie plate I was singing 'girl dinner, girl dinner, girl dinner' over and over - cause I do the same, Doritos, Cheese and a Gerkin - try the combo together, you wont be disapointed

    So I had captions on and when your coffee was brewing the day of the run it said it was applause and the rest of the breakfast prep was music 😂😂 On another note I have been feeling chaotic in my own head the last couple weeks and today decided I am attempting to get back in to a routine. Watching your video as I did my walk and it was so nice to not feel alone in this life’s chaos. Hugs to you!!

    I hear you on the cleaning. We got a Roomba second hand and it's helped a lot because I don't mind picking up the stuff off the floor to let it clean. Changed my mindset for cleaning
