    Love the paint color. Great job taking those pieces from pretty terrible to lovely. I’m sure your client was ecstatic upon seeing how they turned out.

    So I think your work is stunning. I watch many many furniture flips and your work is pristine, flawless, extraordinary. Others are not as much of a perfectionist as you are. You absolutely amaze me every time.

      @ I’m serious and I very picky. I see so many done on you tube and the last pics I see so many flaws. Not your pieces ♥️

    I just did my kitchen cabinets so I know how much hard work can go into doing a piece. Great job on the dressers! ❤

    I watch a lot of these types of videos. I watch how people pour the paint from the cans and see all the paint that pools in the rim of the paint can. A simple remedy for that is to use a ice pick and punch holes in the little valley and the paint just drips back into the can. Then you don't have all that paint oozing over the outside of the paint can

    • @rkeller8141

      I forgot punching holes, good idea.

    Question regarding spraying. I’ve not tried spraying yet. I am wondering if you’re spraying inside a garage or in a parking area, is it danger to have vehicles near by? Just wondering how far the paint travels. Thanks!

    • @hollysgarage
      @hollysgarage  Месяц назад +1

      Hmm yeah I’d recommend parking a little ways away! I’ve had overspray get on other projects that were a different colour which I then had to do another coat to fix. Good thing is wet paint wipes right off with water, but it’s hard to see since the spray is fine

    Wonderful, however don’t understand why you did not initially start right off w stripper? Thank you, as we now belong to WGOAMERICA! You guys are so positively impressive in all the good ways! Thank you so much for sharing you work! It really helps me! The paint on these ~ CRAZY! WOW SO NICE to see heat gun in action!

      @hollysgarage  Месяц назад +1

      Thank you for the nice message! ❤️ i did all the other stuff first before stripping because I couldn’t stand to look at that texture anymore honestly hahah. That was the biggest problem to me so I wanted to tackle it first! I hope you enjoy your membership, there’s a lotttt on there to look at 😊 cheers!!!

    I could sit here and give you laundry list of things i see wrong. But i'll save you that trouble. So the only thing i see that was right was the chemical stripper! and by the way mineral spirits to clean off dust? You are aware that mineral spirits react with the chemical in the paint/stain. And b-4 you people jump all over me,I've been restoring furniture for over 25 yrs
