Oh man If youre starting Tarnished Archaelogist stuff you will not be disappointed. This first video is great but pales in comparison to the theories and production values later on. They legit have given the most "wtf of course" moments of all lore youtubers i've seen. Seriously keep watching them please!

I think his video called "The Eternal City of Leyndell" is worth checking out. Its like the only video I know of that talks about something I've wondered every since I visited Leyndell which is the fact that a lot of Leyndell inside the inner gate is just a deep abyss.

Yeah, that video was a bit of an eye opener, and made me realise how unobservant I am lol
The other video I'd recommend is the one about Misbegotten, Omens and Grafting. The Leyndell one is more about just facts presented to us by the game, while the latter is a lot more abstract, but it all makes so much sense.

@@Morrov Before that video I like had a suspicion due to the giant abyss in the inner city but I was paying attention to other stuff in the lore first. Especially towards outer gods, Miquella, Melina etc.
Him and Quelaag are like treasure troves of lore discoveries through more abstract means and through observing non-written elements of the lore.

I’m glad you enjoyed the video! Now I don’t need to feel bad about always suggesting it lol. When you get to his coverage of the Eternal Cities I think your mind is going to be blown even further!

Vaati who discussed Marika Eternal mentioned that "Marika believed that in order to understand something better one had to cut ties". Burning a tree so that it can be reborn as something new. Although this somewhat contradicts everything being 'eternal'.

So did you ever figure out how to kill the spirit guys in the catacombs, if not I finally realized what your talking about.

I haven't played in about a year, I am just doing a huge lore dive so that when I return to the game the world makes sense to me. Gonna do the same with Dark Souls too! I played DS3 but want to do 1 and 2! But I'll probably play Bloodborne first. Maybe Sekiro too.
