This is all interesting, except for much of it is pure malarkey. This guy has suffered a mental break. He started "hearing God" and believes he is supposed to be a warrior (as in an actual warrior who might die and be replaced in battle by another "warrior"). He tries to pretend the work he did here isn't an actual bunker when it actually is. He pretends his other stop order was somehow not his fault. He pretends that he tried to get a permit for the work here. But the fact that he never sought a permit for the other location shows he just thinks the laws don't apply to him. Even if they would not grant him a permit, one does not just go ahead and start working without one. The fact that he did instead of getting an attorney involved shows he never actually tried to get a permit. As for his mental break, he wrote that God told him on Easter Sunday that the following Monday he would see Ben Mitchell at the Dallas Markets, that God told him to acuse Ben of having keys to his house, then to have the police ask to search Ben's truck, but that Ben would refuse (who wouldn't when a crazy man makes accusations from God) and then he was to charge Ben with trespass. He is mad that his wife does not want to "obey" her husband's crazy God talk and much, much more. But here, he is trying to pretend to be "normal" and a victim, when he is only a victim of his own lawless behavior. Ya'll need to stop supporting this craziness and believing this nonsense solely because he makes a video claiming it.

Add a bathroom, add a commercial kitchen, add finished space, add electrical of any kind......You're not to start improvements without permits....nothing new...always been that way. Doing what you want without regard for the proper order gets you a stop work. The fact you jumped the gun and they caught you is not the governments fault. Thousands of businesses all over the State make improvements every day in the proper order unencumbered.
Except when they refuse to issue a permit because behind the scenes, they want your property for their use. Never should it take this long to get the stop work order lifted. I have been several jobs with stop work orders, and it's always lifted within 24-48 hrs. Sonething else is going on here.

Prayers for protection against the corruption that is obviously at play. Paulding County has run amok and it appears they only care about lining their pockets. The one thing that the community enjoyed and now they are trying to take it illegally and make it their own. We are an overdeveloped community... too many houses not enough schools. The Dallas Markets actually supports small businesses! I hope all city and county employees involved in the nefarious actions will be dealt with swiftly and justly!
