- Today we look at Japan's newest private race track which opened in July 2023. The track was designed by F1 circuit designer Hermann Tilke and cost a total of $200 million. The 2.17-mile, 22-turn track has it's mix of uphill and downhill sections, the complex also features an infinity pool, gym, restaurant, bar, and a karaoke room. If you'd like to join this club you would be looking around a £200,000 a year! Enjoy

@@andreasknogler585no it’s not lol Hong Kong island is so steep & hilly up to Victoria peak and all the way back into ocean park & Stanley. I lived in HK for 12 years in Kowloon & discovery bay also Kowloon park until the bay on the mainland is kinda hilly aswell

Looks like Laguna seca portimao spa cota Suzuka all had a baby and made this track mixed with a bit of Monaco tightness
Or even add Interlagos and Sebring into the mix.

It's only a little over an hour's drive from Tokyo. They could definitely make that happen.

I've watched videos from japanese youtubers visiting the track and I've learned that those rectangle patches on the sides of the race track, trees have been planted there. eventually those will grow into thick lush greenery exactly like deep forest raceway and trial mountain in gran turismo.
Indeed, looks amazing. Just sad its a private club for very wealthy people. But better to have a spirited driving there than on the public road.
F1 needs to buy this track, or rent it for the week, bc this looks better than most on the schedule!

Imagine if there is "LoveLive Nijigasaki High School Idol Club All Star Circuit".... It probably gonna combine layouts from Spa, Jeddah, and Silverstone.
This track is insane, would love if a Motorsport series would go there, maybe even F1 ( although I bet this track isn't long enough?)

Lando Norris needs to practice his neck exercises if he is to race in this new Mario kart circuit.
Jokes aside, the first part looks fun and I do like elevation changes, although that many elevation changes so close to each other might be punishing to current F1 cars given how low they ride currently.
It's an amazing track but not meant to be a race track. The owner or man behind it wanted something where you can have a spirited drive but also relax. He said in an interview that he liked to take his family with him but they didn't want to go to a race track. This has everything you'd need for a great day.

CotA isn't that bad, and F1 races on it.
Not sure what you see here that makes you think this would be a good F1 circuit. None of the corners look like they would offer much overtaking.

Man f1 safety regulations wont fit this track as the turns are too tight and have elevation changes

Hermann and his stupid ass tracks where you can't overtake at all without DRS.
crazy concept but this might not be made for f1
@@3DWorldMan 1. I was criticizing the majority of Hermann's tracks.
2.even in smaller cars like GT cars it'll be a challenge to overtake due to the narrow high speed corners.
Edit: this would be amazing in hotlaps, just not in actual races.
Tilke either builds the worst tracks in history or the worst, no middleground
