Corey comes off too douchy, too formulaic like a pick up artist and though i like craig's group, sometimes the message is a bit too soft and they get their feathers ruffled with who was talking about attachment styles or whatever first. You seem to have a good balance, especially keeping it more brief, to the point. Some sympathy and harsh truths to really get the ball rolling.

Can you do a video about trashing your ex/stop looking at them through rose-tinted glasses to help with moving on? My ex was a DA and she had everything from mental problems to drinking issues to even sanitary issues. I thought about breaking up with her before but she beat me to it. I have an anxious attachment style and all I want is for her to reach out so that I can tell her that I moved on. I begged in the beginning and interrupted the relief stage but we been in no contact for little over 2 months now. For some reason I feel very protective of her but I know she is not the one for me. Thoughts?
What if you just think she does not want to contact you, but actually she does, but she thinks you're not worth contacting, because you're not contacting her? Maybe we should just stop overthinking and over explaining and just ask the people we are wondering about what they feel? "Do you want to get back together? "No." "Okay, hit me up if you want, if not have a nice life. "Yes." "Cool. Let's continue dating." In short, if you do ask her she propably says no. If you don't ask her, you continue to wonder why. If you're not sure you want to contact her, you actually don't want to contact her. You want her to contact you. Because you're not sure. In the meantime, take care.

I don’t know how old you are man, but in my experience, when women leave for short periods of time, it’s because they’re exploring other options, then they get regretful and come back. Nobody wants to admit it but I see it all the time. It’s shameful. Hopefully that’s not the case for you, but keep your eyes open.
