It would be great to have an example of what is a principle, what is not a principle? I understand the definition of a principle, but translating the definition to see what are MY principles for what I do, I feel a disconnect to being able to see that. Maybe a story example would help?
What if the values of the leadership does not align with those of mine? Does it means it is the end of my corporate road for this organization and gotta look for another one that shares similar values?

I asked easily if he wanted to learn how infrastructure and I said "It is a win-win for both of us and no worries I will try to vulgarize, no technical details". He was ok. Damn!!! I was a little bit anxious before asking --being afraid. But applying your lessons, I felt "0 pressure, 0 fear". I was fully transparent and aligned with my own values, another of your lessons.
