Loved how you mentioned limiting the scope of the presentation to the intent. We often get carried away with oversharing due to anxiety however, if an outline is presented we may be able to only share what is needed and not have the audience get confused.
Wow. My biggest take away is the part you talked about being the truth and presenting the truth and getting out of performance drama to be the authentic truth .. thank you for sharing and I'm glad i came across your video at this point of this time

S Services how you can communicate to them 5. E engaging allow participants to participate when they participate 6. This was great, but the acronym should have been P.R.E.S.E.N.T.S, the last S for summarize. Because I was kind of hoping you would just state the acronym again at the end... This was extremely helpful nonetheless. 👍👍👍
Holy crap, “your role is not to impress or prove your intelligence. You expertise is already assumed”. As someone who goes to work with a large case of imposter’s syndrome, this is a revelation. It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful and freeing that perspective is.
Say….. here’s an idea. How about we fire the teachers union and hire Dr. Grace Lee to educate our nation? Among the current disasters is the lack of competency by our public leaders. Wait! Did I say leaders? Hardly….. yup…I got that wrong.
"I'm not here to impress, I'm here to serve," acknowledging that statement alone makes a huge difference in perspective.
You can say that again. That has been my approach. And it does a lot of magic to my composure and attitude.
The last part about "Truth" was my biggest takeaway from this video. This hit home. Don't try to impress, just serve.
