This one is a quick and effective 20 minute workout for my early session like today. Loved the fact that this is a low impact with no jump because I am living in a flat. It was sweaty even though this a no jumping one and a shorter session. Loved it. Thank you so so so much !!!

Today was my first day of exercise I was so nervous which exercise did I am going to do so I open my phone and I just searched best workout so so many videos appears and I click on this video at the starting I think that was so easy and I can do every exercise but after that I can't do so many exercises I do as I can I only skip to exercises that I can't do it thank you so much forgiving a perfect workout sometimes after exercise I don't think I do exercise I am just feeling so normal but today I was feeling so sweaty ❤❤
Love this workout. I've been following for a few years now. I loved the 12 minute abs of steel workout and have used it alone many many times. You have so much variety it's never boring. Since I work full time and from a home office, the 12 minute workouts are a great fit for those 15 minute breaks during the day. I modify them to fit my health and fitness level and you always give me a higher goal to work for. After a few recommendations, one of my daughter now follows you as well and we laugh and compare your workouts. (Her fitness level is WAY above mine!). I'm hinting to my other daughter now to see what I'm as so happy with. Thank you so much for providing not only the variety, but a professional style presentation which is easy to follow. I hope your mom comes on again as these workouts are great for any age.
