I'm with you, Sheila. I was up at 5 am before work every day doing this video and then walked 5 miles every day on my lunch hour...why oh why did I ever stop? I was doing so well but depression set in...not from the workout. I no longer have the tapes and I have been looking for this on DVD but this is the next best thing. So glad I found it. Maybe this old lady can get this body moving again. I would love to see Susan make a comeback too~! She is a true inspiration.

I agree thank goodness! This worked for me many years ago. I haven’t been able to get back into exercises for a long time. I’ve tried so many different workouts. I just had to come back to this to give me that jumpstart.
LuAnne is my hero is this one. I find myself wondering how she is doing today! I also wish Susan would start doing some current work out vids for those of us who are now in our 50's that stopped the insanity w/ her back in the day.

Then my player broke and the rest is history. As you said - forget trying to get it copied anywhere or finding it on DVD. Susan is amazing, and this workout is THE BEST. This was my JAM 20 years ago - now I can't do 5 minutes w/o being out of breath! And my step? I think I sold in a garage sale, but I wouldn't be able to use it anyway.
I'm doing this now. Just start where you're at and build from there. As for the step, you can find good quality ones on Amazon that are pretty cheap. I think 5 and Below sells pretty good steps too. Good Luck

Keto is a fad diet which is a big NO-NO! Please don't tell people to do keto....that is only meant for short term, not for a lifestyle....especially for women. It will destroy your kidneys and liver.
@Sharon Mayhak diets don't work because the risk of heart disease and Altzimers and even kidney failure are real side effects of diets and YES even Keto is bad for long term / Susan's workout everyday is a GREAT lifestyle to live but NO diets are THEY are ALL only to be used short term NOT as a LIFESTYLE change. Diets are meant to be short term to get quick WEIGHTLOSS RESULTS. Sorry for not making that clear.
She probably was over 200 lbs at a postpartum weight, but I do believe that she was bigger before she got slim. There are a number of pics out there where she was bigger than what she is in the video. In those different pics, it looked like she was about 160 at the smallest and 200 at the largest. The “before” picture that she uses was probably taken right after her baby was born, and it was in an unflattering position where she looked larger than she really was.

This was actually a core workout of mine for years. Its decent low impact cardio. Not that frantic, flapping, dancing crap.

I found it, I done this video over 22 years ago, I was in shake. I am starting it again to lose body fat. It really build my muscles.

I really don't think she ever weighed 260. Her brother said that "before" picture wasn't even her. It's too obscure to tell as well.
