- hi ! my dear friend and co-star Mark St. Cyr and i spontaneously sat down for a conversation on Love vs. Fear. In our limited life experience, we may not have all the answers, but we wanted to start an open dialogue on some of the lessons we’re learning, as we stumble through this messy thing called life!
if you take anything away from this conversation, i hope it’s that joshua is a terrible friend who doesn’t pay attention to what his friends are wearing, even when they’re sitting directly across from him for an hour.

this is how you know josh is real, because he takes the time to talk about his own experiences with anxiety, fear, love, and he wants to help his fans and those around him

The first time I saw Joshua I liked his personality and when I saw videos of how he interacts with his fellow friends, it shows that he is a good person, a young man with such a sweet child's soul, that although he may have made mistakes, we are not who to judge, I love this person very much and I admire him.

i don’t think we realize the true weight of josh’s experience in the hospital. it’s so scary to realize that we were so close to losing him without even knowing it. im so grateful that he’s here.

Literally fetal position. Not kidding, not gonna lie. Nobody around to comfort you through that Tornado, they called me starving ........ can you believe it.😢
Not to mention after and before that he was dealing with really scary mental health issues, we could have lost him to illness or his own drowning mental state. Love him so much and so grateful, bc if it wasn’t for him I would have still been in that dark place mentally
josh needs to bring his close friends and his cast mates to a podcast cause they’re expressing how being the opposite of happy is okay and not weird but can keep the hsmtmts fans occupied since szn 2 ended

He's 20/21 here but he's wiser than any men I know who are in their 30's. I like this kid!
i could listen to josh talk for hours. the things he talks about are so enlightening and informative and he has such a soft voice that i'm instantly intrigued. i've recently been trying to adopt some of the healthy habits josh says have helped him and i'm starting to read books he reccomends about life and finding yourself. he is such an inspiration to me and this podcast just shows how amazing and insightful josh is at such a young age :)

finally. joshua improves my mental state so much it’s so weird
this is the first time i really seen josh’s full personality and mindset and it’s legit so beautiful…. you can tell he was closed off with certain topics or just didn’t wanna go to a certain extinct one that topic but i think it’s really cool to see that and if he keeps doing these,, we’ll be able to see his progress with being vunerable and he can too……i’d really like to see him on justin baldoni’s man enough podcast- he played rafael on Jane The Virgin

The energy in this is unreal. This one hour with you guys is the first time I felt as if I could relate with someone on multiple topics. You guys made me feel as if I wasn’t a freak, by introducing how I feel as a normality and explaining it for me which really did release so much mental strain I was holding and have been for so long. I love this topic! Because being able to recognize when your scared or if you don't know if you love someone is kinda hard to deal with but owning up to it and being able to speak on it is very important! And not knowing how your life is going to turn out after that is scary too
