My first Mod Library Episode for the new Steam Workshop Homeworld support! Today is a good day to... play Homeworld! Hope everyone is having a great day! :D Let me know if you have any favorite mods you'd like me to check out. Thumbs up this comment and the video for more Halo Mod Spotlights like this one.
Some facts that I want to point out: The only 2 ways that the UNSC can take out covenant ships in space combat are: 1: Do a one-two punch with the MAC guns. The first round will fluctuate the covenant shields while the second would fracture the hull. Really effective (According to the Halo books) 2: Have a crap ton of archer missiles to connect with a MAC round. What I mean is that have the MAC round disable the shield the missiles instantly follow through. Also, the UNSC didn't have shields until the end of the Human-Covenant war (About halo 4) And the longswords? they're actually interceptors.
+Nam Chanachon Yeah, that's true as I've read halseys diary and some books. But recently, the tech the UNSC have now just play with the covenant, and we even see the infinity casually jumping out of it's warp and ramming into a ship lol
Nam Chanachon uh your last part. The human - covenant war ended after halo got destroyed. also halo 4 takes place a long time afterwards and that time, there is civil war inside the covenant as well so yeah. just want to help
Leonidas Jr. The Human/Covenant ear did end in March 2553 after the Battle of The Ark. Humans and Sangheili signed a truce and the Covenant was fractured. It is no longer really a war as much as scattered fighting with remnants of the Covenant. The Prophets are gone, probably back to their homeworld. Sangheilios and its colonies are embroiled in a civil war that the Arbiter has all but won by Halo 5. Only main faction left are The Banished and the Spirit of Fire seriously just fucked their plans. But Cortana is in play so it doesnt matter. But, ONI being ONI and not learning from human history(I.E what the US and other countries have done to the Middle East, supplying different groups to keep fighting going) are fueling the Sangheili Civil War which will most likely come back to bite us in the ass. Especially with Insurrection sentiments rising now that the threat of the Covenant is largely over
Halo mods are really cool when they are put with the right games. I really wish CaptainShack had done some Sins of a Solar empire games with the Halo mods
I like that the music from 'Deliver Hope', the main trailer for Reach, played when you charged right into their face. Very fitting, brings a tear to the eye.
Sweet, someone else noticed the feels!!!!!!! The timing was amazing. :'0 As the song progressed the battle reached its climax.. That damn music.. So good.
You need to build both the Research Module and Advanced Research Module to unlock the research. Research done just means that its all unlocked, but some of it is still tied to subsystem construction - namely the research and adv. research module.
Jesus man that last fight was intense! Halo Reach Music playing as you launch a last ditch counter attack with humanity's survival in balance, holy shit you really felt that.
:'0 Omg! :'0 The Halo Reach - Deliver Hope ad music plays at 27:00 ...Right when that lone frigate gets taken out... I fucking cried, yo... And as the rest of the fleet jumps in to engage the Covies and the battle reaches its climax the music just builds and builds along with it.... The timing couldn't have been any better...!! That was breathtakingly epic... The ONLY way it could've been more impactful would be if the UNSC had lost the fight... I would have cried a river. But again, that was amazing timing... SO GLAD I WATCHED TILL THE END! Waaaaah, right in the feels lol 10 pts
The old homeworld 2 had a 2 gundam mods, one was Universal Century (Fed vs Zeon) and another was Seed. The UC one was One year war 0079 to star dust memories 0083, it had units from those eras and things found in between. There were different carriers like the white base that could construct gun cannons and gundams...
Ahhhh yess. The 301+ club, dudes and dudettes that made it, do sit back and relax. Champagne and prawns are coming in as are your preferred sex flight attendants to suit your every need. Enjoy your stay and come back again :)
I don't think it was a small factor in his decision to throttle someone through the Force. I mean the Sith were big on 'failure has consequences', but it's not hard to see how Vader would need a pick me up all the same every once and a while. Killing an incompetent officer AND getting a laugh out of it? Priceless.
OMG watching this Brings back so MANY memories Of the Pillar Of Autumn, Covenant and Scorpions. Ahhh halo the only game better than Star wars. For the UNSC!!!
wow the music in this mod is awesome, it's slightly off from the original tracks but still soooo good, that desperate track at the end was great for atmosphere
It is so painful to listen to some pronunciations, as well as the lore. But this is coming from someone who started his video game career on Halo. Great vid though!
lol Yep butchered that one. Which is odd because I've even dont a History and Lore series on Halo. Shows how disconnected I have come from the lore. Fun mod though. Halo Fans will get a real kick out of it. I've always enjoyed the ship design style.
Yolo Swaggins Exactly, United Nations Space Command. And the The Pillar Of Autumn was a Halcyon class which is pronounced Hal-sy-on. No biggie Shack, just don't ever do it again, this is holy to us Halo fans, #Sarkasm.
goknightster I think you mean "Retro Fit". Because the pillar of autumn was not upgraded but had some new thinks that other didn't. Though i guess upgrade is a similar term, just not correct.
Just wanted to say thanks for going over how to install and set up the mod first rather than just reviewing it. I'm just starting to get into mods (I've been playing Sins of a Galactic Empire a lot lately) and didn't know how to set up mods through Steam for Homeworld.
The ship hulls are most likely not spinning to grind ore, or whatever. They would be spinning in order to mimic gravity using centripetal force, and I find it completely awesome that the mod creator actually thought of a solution to the gravity problem, instead of just saying: "Yeah, they've learned to control gravity." Less space opera, more awesome.
Post halo 3 and pre halo 4 all UNSC ships have been refitted with shields.their not as strong as covenant shields with the expectation being the infinity that has weak forerunner shields which are stronger that covenant ones
As part of an agreement with the Elites, upgrades were made to most UNSC vessels. The Infinity being what it is, they had Forerunner shield tech integrated into only the Infinity. No other ships are able to run Forerunner shields due to the power requirements. But, either way, shields were first effectively used with the Spartan II project. Doesn't mean that humanity couldn't work around making it useful for the fleets in orbit.
In case you haven't found out since then, in order to get that carrier, you had to build the advanced research module. Turning off research still requires the accompanying module to be built before the research is counted as "complete."
The music in this mod really sets the melancholy feeling tone of the Halo story. You don't really notice it in the games, other than Halo 3: ODST. The books really tell a tale of struggle for the marines against the Covenant. I bought this game only to play this mod. Im so glad I did.
I've really fallen out of Halo Lore. I used to really follow it. Even did a lore series. ruclips.net/video/lfEycF_hpgw/видео.html Need more coffee before recordings. :D
There was one for star wars empire at war (it might have been for the expansion), it had space marine, imperial and the forces of chaos. It was space only.. The developer was originally going to add more sides but never did... Interesting changes for how the traditionally empire at war works as the warhammer ships had super englarged firing range and greater view distance... its possible my favorite empire at war mod...
Andrew Sherring For this? I don't know! All I know is there are 40k mods and video games out already. But what I really want to see is a 40k mod that has space and ground battles all in real time. Yum!
When he makes the first actual fleet of ships I like how the Paris-Class heavy Frigate is the only original ship. Also the pronounciation of some of the ships and forgetting that it's Command instead of Corps
The first UNSC ship to have strong enough shields to withstand a covenant barrage was the UNSC Infinity, and that only saw action a few months before the war ended.
They're going to release Halo 5 this November, TheXPGamers Shack, and that ship you were talking about 22 minutes in is the UNSC Infinity, the first human ship to have integrated Forerunner engines. It is HUGE.
The capital ship in Halo 4 that has shields is the UNSC Infinity, the first of the Infinity Class ships that integrated shield technology gathered from covenant ships.
If you've read "Fall of Reach" the Holycon is like the big buff carrier type vessel, the Pillar of Autumn can carry many ships and ground forces. If you could build the infinity you could hold 10 holycon class frigates and over 5000 fighters and transports, the ship contains over 100000 escape pods.
UNSC Infinity - halo 4 spartan ops was the ship you were thinkin of with shields. Shields reversed engineered from Forerunner artifacts found on Shield World Trevelyan, With these really strong shields plus being armored wit h Titanium-A3 its no wonder she was able to just break a covy ship like a tooth pick when coming out of slip space. If you want to watch this beast of a ship do that watch Spartan ops episode one, its towards the end of the episode if I recall right, though I suggest watching all of the spartan ops if one hasn't, rather enjoyable series to watch. As for the mods in workshop starting to pop up and how easy they are making it to get them to work this makes me really happy. saves a lot of time really.
Halo 4 had the first ship with shields the Infinity and it was the first of its' kind and is the only one of the kind for now. The reason it can plow through Covenant ships is because it is one of the few ships that dwarfs Covenant ships and can actually house multiple classes of ships that are shown in the video.
This is one game that i am really happy to see getting a remake. Workshop integration will give it much more life for sure as well. Loved it when it first came out still loving it now! Also the ship models are pretty cool in this mod, hope it gets hd remake.
the ship with shields that you're thinking about is the Infinity; a one-of-a-kind shi that integrate Forrunner tech and human tech. The UNSC discovered a Forrunner Shield World, filled with not only advanced technology, but Forrunner Engineers (those floaty octopus creatures), who helped humanity build the Infinity.
no, they didnt. Humans didnt have shield technology on a ship scale. The shields on the Mjolnir were derived from Sanghelli Shields, but everything else was beyond their technology. That changed quite a while after the Autumn was destroyed
Post war shield technology was fairly common amongst the new classes of ship. the Autumn-class (named after the PoA) was one such new ship. The Strident (not Stalwart, my bad) was also a new class incorporating shields.
The problem with the UNSC's Mac guns against covenant ships wasn't the shields. A single ship firing a mac round easily penetrated the shields and dealt enormous amounts of damage to the ship. It was accuracy. I think the best example of the effectiveness of the MAC cannon was in the novel, Fall of Reach. In the actual battle in the orbit of reach, the UNSC battle group formed up and fired at the same time (like a firing line from the civil war) damaging several dozen ships and destroying a handful. I dont think it was ever reported that a convenant shield deflected a MAC round
the ship with shieds is the UNSC Infinity from halo 4. It was completed after the human covenant war I think and almost bankrupted the UNSC in the proces. It is also around six kilometers long and has a sort of energy projector.
Just to clarify a few points: 1: The UNSC didn't implement shield technology until the Infinity class, as well as the Sovereign-class frigates the Infinity carries. 2.The naval combat ratio was 3:1. It was determined that it took around 2 standard MAC rounds to collapse a normal Covenant warship shield, so the third round was expected to be a 'kill'. This is why the Pillar of Autumn (a Halcyon (pronounced Hail-See-On)-class light cruiser) was modified to fire three small rounds consecutively, so that it could disable Covenant warships for a mission the Spartan-IIs had before the Battle of Reach that had the intention of capturing a Covenant Prophet in order to sue for peace.
Super MACs though, launched a 3000 ton ferrous-tungsten projectile at 4% of the speed of light (12,000 km per second), so they could take out anything the Covenant threw at them with a single shot, if they hit. EVen the supercarriers and assault carriers.
Also, balancing the UNSC and Covenant in gameplay is as simple as giving the UNSC faster research and construction times, which actually makes sense considering that the covenant reverse engineers almost all of its tech from forerunner artifacts. That and I would presume that Humanity has a better grasp of mass production, simply because the more intelligent races of the covenant have cultures primarily focused on warfare.
The UNSC Infinity jumped out and plowed straight through a Covenant Super carrier and you can see its shields flare up when it does .. Was in Halo 4 that specific scene was in the first episode of Spartan Ops..
i dont know if you added in the Piano in the final fight, but it was epic, all of the lines of bullets, and missiles spinning off at the Cov ships, then the UNSC ships exploding, it was graceful to say the least
The Covenant side is woefully overpowered, it takes so little time to build things. I can have a battle ready capital fleet in under 15 minutes, with a subcap support fleet.
3 human ships vs 1 covenant was considered EVEN because it took 3 MAC rounds to down their shields after that human ships spammed Archer missiles to kill the covenant.
As a serious halo lore nut I came when I saw that paris class frigate. Just. Love. Also, it didn't take alot of the mac cannons really, one shot could kill 2 capitol class ships and cripple another. Depended on size.
also the strident class, vindication class, autumn class, another one which I can't remember and infinity classes were the first to implement shielding
The ship that you mentioned that destroyed the covenant ship by crashing into it its called the UNSC INFINITY its one of the ships of the unsc to have shielding technology and also one of the largest one :)
I've found if I put the AI on Normal/Easy difficulty they will just sit there and take ages to do anything, sometimes they wont build a single unit. But if you put the AI on hard they will spam units so much, much more fun!
The UNSC had the MAC guns to punch through the Covenant’s shields so their havoc nuclear grade missiles and other big guns to kill the ship quickly, other than that the MAC is useless because of its reload time.
My face when two frigates and two corvettes are sent to fight a CSO class carrier
Rick and/or Morty i feel like the cso should have ripped through everything in literally one hit.
I don't remember watching this video, nor do I want to re-watch it, but my face is still the same when thinking about that scenario.
Rick and/or Morty and they almost destroyed
I thought that was a cas since cso's are nearly 29 kilometers
The issue also was that he didn't micro with long rang
My first Mod Library Episode for the new Steam Workshop Homeworld support! Today is a good day to... play Homeworld! Hope everyone is having a great day! :D Let me know if you have any favorite mods you'd like me to check out. Thumbs up this comment and the video for more Halo Mod Spotlights like this one.
its my birthday today :P
The ship your thinking of is the infinity from halo 4
Hurry upload the next episode of homeworld capain plz i loved the first vid
If you do do more of Homeworld, I need to ask to you to pronounce Halcyon correctly. (Hal-cee-on)
WOOO just like you said on yesterday post!

Leonidas Jr. What?
RYSE Tokhammer eh theses kinda a Cold War going on with ONI trying to wipe out all the aliens 40k style.
Leonidas Jr. The Human/Covenant ear did end in March 2553 after the Battle of The Ark. Humans and Sangheili signed a truce and the Covenant was fractured. Halo Lore Series I did back in the day - ruclips.net/video/lfEycF_hpgw/видео.html
You EXCAPE in a longsword in halo 1.
The UNSC stands for United Nations Space command.
Halo mods are really cool when they are put with the right games. I really wish CaptainShack had done some Sins of a Solar empire games with the Halo mods
you were talking about the UNSC infinity, the one that plows through enemy ships.
You pronounced Halcyon incorrectly, its Hal-cy-on
UNSC is United Nations Space Command
i was about to type that
It was halo 2 the one with super Mac
"We gon die to the Covenant" Space Command
As a Halo fan, I approve these ship models. Love the good old Bungie vibe from this!
I like that the music from 'Deliver Hope', the main trailer for Reach, played when you charged right into their face.
Very fitting, brings a tear to the eye.
Sweet, someone else noticed the feels!!!!!!!

You need to build both the Research Module and Advanced Research Module to unlock the research. Research done just means that its all unlocked, but some of it is still tied to subsystem construction - namely the research and adv. research module.
You need an Adv. Research module to build Atlas carriers, just like you need a Research module to build frigates.
cannonfodder343 what about ze mac cannon?
Ghost Worm that comes on the ships
I remember this mod. I use to frequent the forums and chat with the team behind it. good to see the mod completed
it's pronounced Hal see on
Jesus man that last fight was intense! Halo Reach Music playing as you launch a last ditch counter attack with humanity's survival in balance, holy shit you really felt that.
Lol that depressing halo music made that ending so EPIC
Emperor Seamus what song is it.
This game is awesome, both Sins of a Solar Empire and Homeworld 2 are very good in their own way and they have a bunch of awesome mods!
Gosh you must have been completely blasted on caffeine. You miss-pronounced Halcyon three separate times with three /different/ pronunciations lol.
:'0 Omg! :'0
The Halo Reach - Deliver Hope ad music plays at 27:00 ...Right when that lone frigate gets taken out... I fucking cried, yo... I would love a gundam mod for homeworld. The zeons and federations had some pretty smooth ships.
Yes!!! Another Gundam fan! I would kill for a Gundam mod!
Nice, sadly I do not own any home worlds.
The Gundam mod for the old HW2 is being revived and ported to HWR.
Xecos671
any info about that
the current gundam mod has some issues.
As the person who did the coding in the early days, I really thoroughly enjoy running across random videos like this in my recommended list. =)
United Nations Space Command (UNSC)
the Halcyon Class is bae. Can loose 90% of it's hull and keep on fighting.
Ahhhh yess. The 301+ club, dudes and dudettes that made it, do sit back and relax. Champagne and prawns are coming in as are your preferred sex flight attendants to suit your every need. Enjoy your stay and come back again :)
Man the 300 club gets better and better.
I was wondering where all of this champagne came from, brought to me by wonderful flight attendants
Great to finally be a member!
That Imperial Officer Don't let Vader catch you boozing on the job, officer. He has this thing about failure, y'know...
***** Failure? I thought Vader killed his officers for fun. You've gotta admit, his excuses were pretty shitty and it actually was entertaining.
I don't think it was a small factor in his decision to throttle someone through the Force. I mean the Sith were big on 'failure has consequences', but it's not hard to see how Vader would need a pick me up all the same every once and a while.
Killing an incompetent officer AND getting a laugh out of it? Priceless.
Ah , watching old videos and new videos and realising that there both still good to watch
OMG watching this Brings back so MANY memories Of the Pillar Of Autumn, Covenant and Scorpions. Ahhh halo the only game better than Star wars. For the UNSC!!!
This Halo Music is Beast.!!!
wow the music in this mod is awesome, it's slightly off from the original tracks but still soooo good, that desperate track at the end was great for atmosphere
this guy knows nothing about halo it hurts me internally
asfdg asdcv he knows complicated ship stuff but he dosen't know anything else
@@falcon4186 eeeeehhhhh to a degree still hurts
And? He not a HUGE fan so if you expect someone to know everything your dumb
Yah some times in the video I just wanted to say hold on sec, than explain to him some stuff
But the video was still fantastic though
hi, i am from the future... the star citizen ship you mentioned 9 years ago is still in concept
It is so painful to listen to some pronunciations, as well as the lore. But this is coming from someone who started his video game career on Halo. Great vid though!
I know how you feel, I played Halo 2 on the original xbox as my first ever video game I played.
When he said' Narwhal-class refinery', all I could think of was NARWHALS NARWHALS SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN CAUSING A COMMOTION CAUSE THEY ARE SO AWESOME
United nation space corp god damn it shack!
lol Yep butchered that one. Which is odd because I've even dont a History and Lore series on Halo. Shows how disconnected I have come from the lore. Fun mod though. Halo Fans will get a real kick out of it. I've always enjoyed the ship design style.
Sorry to burst your bubble but it 'united nations space command'. (Please don't kill)
Yolo Swaggins Exactly, United Nations Space Command.
And the The Pillar Of Autumn was a Halcyon class which is pronounced Hal-sy-on. No biggie Shack, just don't ever do it again, this is holy to us Halo fans, #Sarkasm.
It'd be kinda cool if the mod let us get an upgraded Halcyon class like the Pillar of Autumn.
goknightster I think you mean "Retro Fit". Because the pillar of autumn was not upgraded but had some new thinks that other didn't. Though i guess upgrade is a similar term, just not correct.

15 pending currently lol
TheXPGamers
you should play with one or two others on this mod and have you all play as UNSC and one AI cov on the hardest difficulty
davidww31 the cov AI is so hard!!!!!
that is why he should bring one to two others with him if he trys
The UNSC Infinity was the first UNSC ship with shield technology. It also has integrated Forerunner Tech found on Trevelyan, formerly Onyx.
Humans never had shield technology on their ships, and your talking about the infinity, only the Spartans had shields
The Infinity and 2 other classes of ships have shields. They were made after the Human-Covenant war
Post halo 3 and pre halo 4 all UNSC ships have been refitted with shields.their not as strong as covenant shields with the expectation being the infinity that has weak forerunner shields which are stronger that covenant ones
Since when the hell did that happen? I'm a "hardcore" fan and read all the books even
Human Ships only get shielding Post-War. Hence why the Infinity can ram that cutscence.
As part of an agreement with the Elites, upgrades were made to most UNSC vessels. The Infinity being what it is, they had Forerunner shield tech integrated into only the Infinity. Hey, can you bring back the archeage series? I REALLy enjoyed and I'm sure I'm not the only one :).
Archeage is kinda dead.
Zilenan91 Not really, you probably haven't played in like 4 months then.
Minezanians been playing it up till a week ago. 55 just came out but it was so close to dead before then
CBaTaylor Yeah 55 is out :)

"united states space command" .......... it said UNsc united nations space command
I've really fallen out of Halo Lore. I used to really follow it. Even did a lore series. ruclips.net/video/lfEycF_hpgw/видео.html
Need more coffee before recordings. :D
I really loved the halo remix's for the mod, very nice touch:D x
Someone, please make a Warhammer 40K mod!
Adam Fritz And Emperor-Class Battleships to drive STRAIGHT through the enemy ships!
There was one for star wars empire at war (it might have been for the expansion), it had space marine, imperial and the forces of chaos.
It was space only..

Interesting changes for how the traditionally empire at war works as the warhammer ships had super englarged firing range and greater view distance... its possible my favorite empire at war mod...

May I suggest Freespace: Fleet Command? If you are familiar with the Freespace games, I expect you may find it most enjoyable.
I haven't played freespace in ages. Great game though.
Really beautiful even in original HW2 and that after years and years. Impressive work by the modders.
unsc united nations space command
im triggered
I have to say, I'm really loving the remixed Halo music in this mod.
Oh hell yes. Modded Homeworld 2 never looked better.
The first UNSC ship to have strong enough shields to withstand a covenant barrage was the UNSC Infinity, and that only saw action a few months before the war ended.
as a colossal halo fan, this made me smile. so. much:)

Nice Spotlight Shack. Love me some Halo goodness.
The major UNSC capital ship is the Infinity. Marathons have no shielding. It's the later Autumn class ships that have shielding.
I've never played Homeworld, but this mod makes me want to.
UNSC Infinity - halo 4 spartan ops was the ship you were thinkin of with shields. I wish they would have remastered Cataclysm as well. It was the only HW I never got the chance to play.
The super Mac Cannon on this mod are incredible
the ship with shields that you're thinking about is the Infinity; a one-of-a-kind shi that integrate Forrunner tech and human tech. Post war shield technology was fairly common amongst the new classes of ship. the Autumn-class (named after the PoA) was one such new ship. The Strident (not Stalwart, my bad) was also a new class incorporating shields.
The ship that "plows" through a covenant vessel was the UNSC Infinity shack
That music at the fighting scene,........halo reach.......remeber reach, those chills man. :'(
I'm going to be getting homeworld remastered collection soon, so yeah. Finally.
Amazing that you can see on the narwal class the traxus trading company logo
The capital ship with shields was the Infinity and it was in Halo 4. Nice Video
line from sotp: "Valiant Class Super Heavy Cruiser, up and running."
United state space command that hurt
I think captianshack should play as the rebel alliance for sins of the galactic empire.
10:57 the super mac is on halo 2 get your halo order right, great video.
Oh my goodness, right at 25:40 a frigate and a cruiser collide, talk about an air traffic control failure.
Saving up for this game, gonna be fucking epic! I LOVE THESE SPACE BATTLES!
the ship with shieds is the UNSC Infinity from halo 4. It was completed after the human covenant war I think and almost bankrupted the UNSC in the proces. It is also around six kilometers long and has a sort of energy projector.
the infinity is 5,694.2 metres (18,682 ft)
In halo 2 he is on a regular mac platform. The super macs were around Reach in the fall of reach novel.
That Hammerhead Corvette reminded me of a CR90 Corellian cruiser from Star Wars. (Tantive IV)
Just to clarify a few points:
1: The UNSC didn't implement shield technology until the Infinity class, as well as the Sovereign-class frigates the Infinity carries.
EVen the supercarriers and assault carriers.
the mac cannon is the twin big pillars of the front of most UNSC ships
Can this be like a series haha I love it!
Was in Halo 4 that specific scene was in the first episode of Spartan Ops..
lmao maybe... yeah it was a battlecrusier...
+TheRX1982 I know it would be stupidly over powered, but i kinda want to see them put a covenant cso supercarrier in and make its size to scale.
***** It would be awesome though.
If you remember in the Halo games, it takes around 3 frigates to take down a covy corvette.. Stack up! :P
a lot of these mods are old ones from back in the day i remember playing some of these in 2007
graphics are amazing for a remastered game! will get this mod
i dont know if you added in the Piano in the final fight, but it was epic, all of the lines of bullets, and missiles spinning off at the Cov ships, then the UNSC ships exploding, it was graceful to say the least
the song is called deliver hope
Oh yeah , from that epic Halo Reach Trailer .... still love that trailer
the ship you saw with shields was the UNSC infinity
The Covenant side is woefully overpowered, it takes so little time to build things. I can have a battle ready capital fleet in under 15 minutes, with a subcap support fleet.
The United Space Corps. I'm a halo fan so I know. Also the humans relied on Mac cannons to end the fights quickly.
The infinity class has shields that can crush covenant cruisers
Let's find out how many different ways Shack can pronounce "Halcyon"
also the strident class, vindication class, autumn class, another one which I can't remember and infinity classes were the first to implement shielding
My favorite ship in all of halo is the Phoenix class mostly because of how it looks and because of the Spirit of Fire which is F*#%ING AWSOME
That music in the final battle though.
Lore-wise the UNSC would've had huge bulky ships due to all the tech they stuffed in them, so the mod makes sense, especially the Narwhal-Class ;P
