What I have been doing for some time now with great results is inhaling for 4", holding it for 4" and exhaling for 4"...

Very nice informative video
I tried the exercise and I feel so good after the stretching. I am 55 menopausal I used to be active 3 years ago yoga, bouldering. I can’t seem to get back to be active. I will try this stretching every day. Oh and I have really bad lower back pain. I was told by the physiotherapist that my muscles were very tight in my glutes.
