This scanner VII +2 is a nightmare! It took forever to finally load the silly thing after using three different laptops for the down load. The OEM site is Chinese and is extremely difficult to register! As an example, they ask for dealer code? Well guess what! No dealer code, no register, no download! I got the scanner on e-bay and the seller told me it was not necessary to register! It took quite a while before I was finally able to use it. I found out after the fact that it will not correct nor remove soft codes on some Fords after it was fixed! Just thought you should know!
I really need you guys to assist me. Since I bought mine. When I plug it it dose not communicate instead it will just ask me to wail aimlessly and after a while it will still not come up. Just still butting

i just updated my Creader Vii+ tonight. It was not easy and had to go to another website for the update tool download. But once the correct software is downloaded (Windows only), the rest of the process is smooth.

Once that page down loads, you will see 'Tool Updating Download' right in the middle of the page. Try to follow the directions from there.
@@Mtech_Performance I went to website and did update, it took me like 30 min to figure it out. But video made it easy . It was awhile ago so I dont remember exactly, but I know once I found it on website it was easy.. finding the correct model and download is the hardest ..

Supposed there are fakes and from what I can tell, the x431 are the international one that doesn't get supported in the US. I got the crp129 standard unit that's targeted for US markets
I downloaded the files. It was for and I get an error message on my notebook with Windows 10 "No Device Found". I never got to open up the program to even begin the process of registering or upgrading to the card. Any ideas?
does the boot version at 4:11 change after the update? cause mine freezes when I scan my nissan, when i choose nissan on the original firmware it goes to another menu showing " automatic" and manual select. on the updated firmware when i choose nissan it freezes nothin g happens.
I can't even get the exe update to open their program at all, it just installs click finish and nothin doesn't open at all zero idea what to do now this tools useless without the update.
@@timvest8141 my wife ended up figuring it out on her tablet not sure what she did long time ago and it works just fine now it updated properly actually pretty good unit it works very well
Where is your car? Why are you using this with your computer? Does it detect problems with a computer? Where is the actual instructions manual? I don't like putting Chinese anything in my computer and I don't like downloading anything. Especially Chinese stuff. I don't have a Chinese car. Diagnostics should come from the car manufacturer directly.
The password can be found in Help > Tool Information > Register Code. The password is the numbers and letters to the right of where it says Register Code.

That's what mine does. Tried to open and windows says it stopped harmful content.
