There are recorded conversations between him and joe that really show how joe was taking all the money out for other businesses and his campaigns and cars for his husband.

Char Gordon There’s two fairly long videos RUclips showing Jeff and joe having a bit of an argument about money and it was pretty insane. They were partners at this time and joe was writing check after check for thousands and thousands out of the business account that had nothing to do with the zoo, it was for his campaigns, for his other businesses, cars for his husband and a bunch of other stuff, like really illegal shit too that would put Jeff at risk because it was in his name at the time. It was pretty eye opening, and joe was right there not disputing it so it’s not like it’s rumors or anything. It definitely doesn’t make him less of a sleezeball but it puts the whole zoo and takeover in perspective. The show was interesting and entertaining but I definitely think they left enough stuff out to make it more interesting while still being factually accurate.

Nah, Jeff was a professional conman before Joe Exotic, the fact he was conning people before Joe for years or decades, make me hate the guy less in a way. But wish Jeff conned Carole, knowing Carole she's very good at making sure she's the only one in power and she'll be the only one standing. Honestly think Carole is worst than Jeff. Jeff basically admits he cons people as a living meanwhile Carol straight up is using this whole "big cats" thing for personal gains and not the actual cats. She wants power and admiration, she has millions, yet some of those cats in that "sanctuary" were in a smaller cage than some of the cats Joe had
There were a lot of repugnant, horrible people in this docuseries, but he came across the worst to me. He is a sleaze ball and the way he dresses is repulsive. Can't imagine my dad looking and acting like that.. just gross.
If this show (Tiger King) teaches us anything - these zoos & zoo owners need to be watched/regulated to protect these animals!
