I mean sure joe was a predator and used drugs and gifts to get him and travis to be with him which is very wrong. But at the same time both him and travis exploited joe financially for whatever they wanted. So both are bad imo. This guy also testified against joe which I thought was a bit over the line, like he had started a new life why testify against him?
Spade is so good talking to regular ppl. Most ppl doing that interview would have made cheap jokes at the expense of the guest. He is respectful, funny & asks interesting questions. Love it!

I think it just goes to show how far and how deep some people will go for drugs. If you watch the transition of the videos as everything progresses, you can see that he actually had a few more teeth in different parts of the documentary earlier in their relationship. As it keeps going, the drugs took more and more of them. He seemed very subservient and mild in the relationship, so it's great to see him clean and away from all that toxicity, as that life clearly would have lead to worse than missing teeth if he'd continued.
