Thanks for posting! Sad circumstances but great problem solving for an important occasion. “Solutions” is in Mat’s company name and perfectly demonstrated here. HIs previous career experience in Aviation, Health and Safety and his existing relationship with Transport Canada staff made this possible - aided by the outpouring of sympathy and goodwill of people in Alberta and across the country. The City's permit on hold until the SFOC came through was a bureaucratic moment that made me laugh as I am doing just that here in Toronto - thankfully with nowhere near the same urgency.
