Your body breaks protein you take into amino acids, then muscles use amino acids to build their own protein in cells. So why bother ingesting protein when you can ingest amino acids( EAA) and get them directly into the bloodstream without waiting for the external protein to be degraded to amino acids.

Misconception is that proteins get absorbed, they don't. They are big molecules so they have to be reduced to monomers (amino acids) to be absorbed.

Would you recommend a capsule or coated tablet form of Amino Acid? I have tried every type of protein powder and drink out there and wasted so much money. I need to try something else so bad as I am a bariatric patient who needs that extra protein while I am still losing weight.

Protein isolate with BCAA - which is low fat/sugar and 80% clean protein and included 8-10mg of BCCA
Generally, isolates are the highest protein and least amount of fillers

This is pretty poor information. Bulking and cutting is the optimal way for building muscle. The key is to track your calories and eat in a slight caloric defecit when looking to lose fat and preserve muscle... and a slight caloric surplus when looking to build muscle and keep fat gain to a minimum.
"Muscle is like harder to put back on." .....?
Muscle is harder to put on than fat... no doubt. However, putting back on muscle that you previously carried is substantially easier than putting on new muscle.

-0.8-1g of protein per lb of BW... or goal bodyweight if you are overweight.
-Eat in a small caloric surplus.
      -Resistance training
-rest enough to recover your muscles. I rest 72-96 hours between resistance training workouts. I don't sleep much so I find I require more time between workouts to recover. If you sleep 7-10 hours a night I'm sure you could do with less time between workouts.
      Good luck

@@Jvnior_20Sufficient nutrition, movement that sufficiently utilises the muscle that you want to grow, and the amount of rest required by the body(This does not have a specific time limit. If you need more rest, you need more). Do not speak on topics that you do not truly understand, it creates a lot more problems than it prevents.
