So a few months back I came across this product called Perfect Amino by Body Health. First instinct after hearing it hearing their claim was a lot of skepticism. So the claim is that this is a protein that is utilized 99 by the body whereas every single other protein is three to six times less than that. And so of course I'm skeptical of course as someone who is taking his health seriously who takes his fasting seriously. Company claims that you can have this while fasting as well I had to do my research so I started looking into it after I look into it I started taking it and in this video I'm going to share my experience. \\ Video by Schuyfit

My wife and I have been taking PA for years! I would agree 100% with this assessment! Makes fasting easier, I’m 56 years old and intermittent fast 5-6 days a week with 72 hour fast approximately once a month. I have no way of knowing for certain how much Perfect Aminos are helping, I do know that I’ve been able to maintain a lot of muscle mass as I’ve aged! We are quite active and we have worked out since our teens. Obviously no supplement will make up for poor nutritional choices! As was mentioned, even if it’s placebo…it’s helping 👍🏼😁

Thank you for your video! I am currently on a 16-8 intermittent fasting regimen and I work out early in the mornings. I am not sure of the best time to take these supplements for best results, any suggestion?...thank you!
I would take 1-2 servings daily during your fasting window. If you're fasting until lunch, before a workout or in the morning would be my suggestion.
It did wonders for my blood sugar. Didn’t help with weight loss

Essential Amino Acids are so important for optimum health and well-being
They are tablets, not capsules. Since I can't swallow them, even the coated ones, I crush them as I don't want the fillers in the powder, tho they are quite good. I have been starting out on 2 tablets in the AM while intermittent fasting and can wait longer before eating first meal. I have more energy than if I ate breakfast.

I recently stopped taking whey isolate protein shakes due to bloating and excessive gas. Been working out for a year. Doing well but am worried now I will not get daily protein. I am 52 and have been building muscle over that time. Just want to know if this a good product to get that protein intake

Honestly, I think might be from the extra ingredients your protein shake contains. I take unflavored Whey isolates, no bloating or excessive gas
I've been taking the non coated tablets..I do not eat protien this is why I bought...to lose wt too. . Should I stop the shakes with whey? I supplement protien with teaspoon of pb..almond butter...avacodo...etc..no meats...
Definitely don't stop the protein. I would encourage you to eat more, especially from high quality meats

During a fast, yes. Outside of a fast, I'd use this on top of a protein shake (spaced apart)

Optimal Amino is the same thing at half the price.
You have a bunch of misinformation in this video. Makes me honestly wonder if you even know what you're talking about. Branched chain amino acids cannot be produced by the body as they are considered an essential amino acid. Why are you stating everyone thinks they are pointless and useless? Branched chain are arguably the most important amino acids. Non essential amino acids are able to be produced by the body.
Most important is that your body catabolizes it’s own muscle if you don’t take protein/meal with BCAAs. Where’s EAAs can be taken solo and used for fasting.
BCAA supps are useless because you get enough from a standard diet.
I could never support this company simply because they charge over $1 per serving.
Aminos are cheap. Bulk Supplements has the same product for 15 cents per serving. If you actually cared about people being helped over making an over priced sale, you won't delete this comment.
There's a very large world of people who cannot afford this.
Don't be one of the people who hinder, rather than providing full information.
