Mike, just got licensed, I have plenty of skills and always had a knowledge in home maintenance and renovations based around rasing the value of updating the home for resale value plus rental perks, I currently run a home/commercial maintenance company that I would like to utilize in my real estate journey and I would also like to build off my marketing knowledge doing digital marketing for a lot of trades based businesses. Would love to connect in any way to help build my knowledge. I watch a lit of your videos and I am Grande Prairie based but will be moving to sylvan lake in about 2-3 years. How can I connect on a personal level and would you ever consider a coffee as I travel through Calgary to lethbridge.
I think posting arbitrary shit like random listings and inundating your precious feed with this kind of low-value noise is a terrible idea. Otherwise, thanks for the advice.

Love it! There are always tire kickers from the neighborhood coming through open houses but there lies a great opportunity to convert them to sellers!
