Looking for the following... • Camera that you use • frame rate & resolution • Audio that you use and any mixers, etc. to make these videos • Editing software that you use before posting? Do you change the frame rate in post editing?
It's all about providing value to them! We include a map of other open houses in the area, a feature sheet of your listing and a business card and we also have an "Informed Home Buyers Guide" - Packed with information about the process of buying a house that we put in there!

I am riding this comment strictly to try to help not being critical at all but I am four minutes and 17 seconds into this video and have not gained one bit of the information that I'm looking for it has literally been four minutes of hype.
It means that idea had its day (within that particular industry), it deff helped to grow their brand, but now brand is evolving in another direction.😊 Take the initial example given and use it if ur able / capably. If not, oh well.

We find off-market inventory by working very hard, door-knocking, networking, reaching out to private sellers and going above and beyond for our clients, and outperforming our local market regularly. 🙂 Agents that only rely on the MLS do their clients a huge disservice and are missing out.
