Hi Mike, Dejan, nice listening to your convo. I'm in Cape Town South Africa, and just started as an intern with a rather successful company, but a franchise, who's also starting off. My principal though gas 20 odd successful years in the Real Estate industry. My challenge now, at first, I s'pose is building inventory, getting houses, stock, to start marketing those. While behind the scenes doing the studying etc to get myself licensed. Any tips you can throw my way on how to successful attain stock? There you have it...I'm a newbie in the industry.
