Over here, most builders all have listing agent. And, over I am, we can’t use someone else listings to do ads unless listing agent gives the permission
Do you think buying agents will keep getting paid by the listing agents commission? Or will buyers be on the hook for paying for and hiring their own agent? Curious on your thoughts.
Does he only take certain listings? I'm pretty sure that not all houses are pretty on video. Also would there be a cancellation fee? Someone use him to get their home on RUclips then cancel the contract to use their cousin or friend realtor.
First builder I approached to video their model home, said no. Apparently, a schmuck realtor video'd their model home, and misrepresented the property. A potential buyer was so pissed off and was blaming the builder, etc etc. So, that builder is off my radar, but there are others who are willing to let us video. There's always one bad apple, unfortunately.
