The key daily actions are where it's at! Do the actions that push the needle forward... and the needle moves forward. He's so right when he says that people love to overcomplicate the business and this is so true of business in general. It's natural for people to complicate things, but in reality it's not that complicated. People just hear that it's difficult and assume they need to master all of these complexities when in reality, simplifying everything is one of the biggest challenges people face. Love it!
Completely agree! Winning in business happens when you do the simple things consistently for a long period of time. Most just don't have the stamina, drive and self accountability to execute 😬

Thank you David for the part about being the authority in your life. I hear so many realtors say that you have to be available to your clients ALL the time & I just wonder, well what about MY life? I totally get being more available during transaction time though, that makes sense.
This is a great video with super helpful content. I like this topic on productivity and doing those revenue activities in "Revenue Time." I believe like both of you mentioned here that there is no secret to success other than being laser focused in the right activities and then being consistent and not giving up.
