@@socalblvd it’s going really good actually! I just had a listing appointment two days ago from doorknocking and I found 5 other potential sellers for the upcoming year. Just get their information to follow up with them regularly. Took me about 400 doors to find them all.. that’s 1 per hundred doors.. it’s worth it though. Even if I only get 1 listing out of the 5 potential listings I found in these last few weeks, that is a months income met right there. The key is, you can’t stop.. just keep knocking and asking for the business until you find your seller. You’ll find them!
The managing broker at my first brokerage said doorknocking doesn't work. I left after my 1 year contract was up and they dissolved the company 3 months later. Thanks for setting the record straight fellas! Great video Eric and Mike
Use the home cameras to your advantage. I carry a sign that says natural soap, large bars $6.00 each. Cash discount. I have the sign in front of me so they can see what I am selling before they come to the door. I am a little old lady, so most people are nice. I ALWAYS wear a mask around my chin and up close, bring it up. This shows respect to homeowners and buyers.

I am a realtor at LA and I usually spend 2 hours a day knocking, which gives me about 20 houses. Thank yoU!!
1. Definitely not 10%, much less than that. I don't have an exact figure though. 2. Comes down to your hustle, your lifestyle and your goals. I know Mike would doorknock for I think 4-5 hours per day when he started out, don't quote me though. I forgot what he said in his video. You can find it in the video he posted about his six figure schedule I think. It comes down to what you want and how much you want to sacrifice though. If you do 20 doors/day and keep doing it, you'll simply get results half as fast as if you do 40 doors/day. If you want double the results bad enough, you'll make the required sacrifice. This applies to pretty much every marketing effort in business in general. Hope this helped!

The challenge if that most people do not want to give their email or phone number. Out of 400 I door knocked only 2 we’re willing to share their information.
Re-examine what your script is mentioning. Most people sense if you are nervous.Just re-do it over with a different mindset. And never ever give up.Just remember something that you did that was done wrong but you got it right after a few trys.
I haven't had to door knock in a couple of years but I believe Eric still went out and was just mindful of the situation. I only leverage social media for all of my business.
