That's the best Sean Connery impression I've ever heard. It even has the depth and boom.
He does an impression of him in What Women Want.
John Lithgow is such an underrated legend. Some great movies and tv shows have come from that man.
I love this man. His performance in HIMYM truly cements him as a great actor. Coincidentally both characters in that and Daddy's home he is also named Whitaker 😂
I love John Lithgow. One in a million talented man.
We all miss Sean Connery. That dude was pure class :(
Roger Moore was classier :)
Except for his not so classy misogynist treatment of women.
@@loulie1997 Even his shlaps were classy
@@loulie1997 did you, by chance, watch those interviews?
@@loulie1997 different times my man. Women wanted him for a reason.
Given enough time, society may think your "weak treatment of your wife" is a sign of you not caring for her. You have no clue how society will shift. Connery treated women better than many men of his generation, possibly even most. Times change, and expectations change
RIP Sean Connery. May he be drinking Martinis in heaven. Shaken, not stirred.
And perhaps eating some Goooolasch....
Isn't it funny how his Impression of Big Tam is way better than his Scottish accent in braveheart!
Having fun with beautiful Angels 😍
@@robert4you Ghoulllllllllllllash!!!!!!

"Braveheart" was such a phenomenal film and Mel Gibson's performance and directing was first rate! Kudos to Sean Connery for helping out Mel with his Scottish accent. RIP Mr. Connery.
Crammed full of fiction. Only a gullible fool like yourself, wouldn't think otherwise. You must like fairytales 🤣
Mel Gibson and Clint Eastwood. Both incredibly good actors and massively talented directors. They're in their own league.
I fell in love with Gibson as Hamlet. I have been disappointed by him since then. There are many people with great talent. It's better to be a person with great character.
Every character John Lithgow ever played was top performance. One of those actors who could play any type of role equally interesting.
Yes very versatile ,was good in cliffhanger,
John Lithgow doing a Yoda impression is something I never thoughted I needed
thoughted?
Who's here after Sean Connery news today . R.I.P
xxxxxx
John Lithgow. A legendary actor in his own right. They should be honored to be sitting next to such talent
I just heard the sad news regarding Sir Sean Connery passing away while I am watching this video for the first time.
RIP 007
I came here to after reading the sad news. 😢
me too
RIP the great actor
RIP,Sean Connery
👍👍👍👍
He actually does a really good Sean Connery impression 😂
He shows it off in the film "what women want". He really nails it
This man fought the American media machine and won! Salute to Mel Gibson!
Darnell Jackson pretty sure you are a bot/fake account.
Stuart Fraser nah I’m real baby
@Stuart Fraser "they don't agree with me, clearly a bot"
Mel being in, and now promoting, Daddy's Home 2 is his punishment.
@@MisterCovek I'm pretty sure that was a smart move... Making a friendly family movie that makes money after financial and critical success with Hacksaw Ridge. Now, he's back to doing what he wants.
Love you Mel.
You are one of the most talented actor and director.
For me Mel Gibson is one of the most talented and charismatic actors in history of cinema....and ,for me,and i guess i'm not the only one,THE GENIUS DIRECTOR,and i really mean GENIUS DIRECTOR,there's no other whose movies reach my bones,he even makes actors do it even better !!...he's just unique...and his mentor ,Richard Donner, the next as director.
I have no problem at all with anything you said. Mel is right up there with the best of the best. But, then there is: We Were Soldiers. There have been movies that were more nauseating, but not many.
Ray. H he is very good at holding is alcohol as well
He certainly is.

Remembering Sean connery 31 oct 2020 rip 007
Mel has to be the most intense human being I've ever seen. His mannerisms man.
I recently binge watched The Crown, Lithgow was superb as Churchill. Such a talented actor, scared me senseless in the likes of Raising Cain & Dexter and had me chuckling in Third rock. A seriously great actor
Amazing actor and a genuine guy
A BIG actor with a big heart. I was delighted to see him cast in such a quintessentially English part and make such a roaring success of it.
a real actor has range like that. now think of some really famous actor and i guarantee you the first 4 that pop in your head have this: they always play the same character.
Another top Lithgow performance in Love is Strange, underrated movie with great performance from lithgow and Alfred Molina
Also see him as the "Trinity Killer" in the TV series Dexter.
never thought anyone would see the day that Mel would be on this show but I'm glad it's today - same with John Lithgow, I think he's just a lovely, lovely man and very underrated
Love John Lithgow. Was really excited when they announced he was gonna be on Dexter. A lot only knew him from 3rd Rock, but I instantly thought of his role in "Ricochet"
@Hawkeye 454 ...and Shrek.
hes great in 2010 film
I can listen to Mel Gibson telling stories all day long, it would never get boring.
Absolutely love John Lithgow, and also... Rest in peace Sir Sean Connery
I love mel gibson! don't care what anyone thinks
Must be a man then...a bad one.
yes lol I'm human garbage cause i loved the patriot and the mad max trilogy,(leaving out new one) and i believe americans can have any opinion they want, bad or good, part of being an american
Well then you’re racist, homophobic, and support abuse
+you mean you're (*you're) lol
Always been a fan, always will be. The guy makes excellent movies. His private life is none of my business.
Mel Gibson is one of the most talented and ballsy directors in Hollywood.
morpheos111 He's also a psycho.
and one of the most anti-semitic
because da womyn say dat? and da metoo dont um the mel gibson. and all of the things. #foreverfeminist #omgwomenpowerforever
passion of the christ tho
Luke Skywalking i really wanna know what your saying is but your english is so bad
ON top of all the other great films, I still am blown away by Apocalypto! What a storyteller. Love you Mel!
Mark Wahlberg is like the little awkward kid being forced to sit with grandpas. Love all these guys!
Special appreciation to all my fans and sponsors all over the world, without you there won’t be Mel Gibson
You can write a word to me on hangout

He did look awkward.
Yeah zero personality..little boy Marky Mark :D
R.I.P He didn't play Bond, He was Bond
John Lithgow, very underrated actor!
I love how Graham always makes these big hollywood stars compete like teenagers to be the funniest and the most awesome of them all.
RIP Mr Connery.........bread rolls with my goulash was the first thing I thought of
RIP Sean Connery.
Mel has an awesome beard
Restfulrain He could play Suddam Hussein in a film

Sitting from left to right: English Conan O'Brian, funny guy from M.A.S.H., Trinity Killer, Lethal Weapon Guy and Marky Mark. All legends.
0:51-Mark be like-What kind of story can I came up with?
I don't care about his private life. I enjoy his work and will always do.
Joe McKim look he was recorded unexpectedly and unknowingly and just like all people, everyone has really dark moments in life and anyone has a threshold where they just snap and freak out. Imagine if you had the publicity of a celebrity and were recorded to only have someone put all of your dirty laundry out on the internet for all to hear. I’m sure there are people who have said a lot worse than Gibson and whether they meant it or not doesn’t matter as it’s the words that the public would perceive. Doesn’t matter where it stems from. I can assure you there are plenty of people who’s lives would be ruined if they were as exposed as Mel Gibson was at the time. So all I’m trying to say is that time heals wounds, and everyone makes mistakes in life and have horrible times, we’re all human for Christ sake, it’s been a decade since all the controversies against him have happened, let bygones be bygones and move on with life and enjoy the guys work. Thank you.
@@gameroftheyear1000 I'm pretty sure in fine with him. He was having a bad day and says a bunch of dumb stuff he didn't really mean. It happens to the best of us.
Joe McKim very true
@Mr Happy Folger You don't want to see the full vengeance if Steven Spielberg.
you should be.
Mel is very intense, looking forward to the next film he's gonna direct
Veronica Ivanova
YOU ARE STUPID.
Veronica Ivanova, what are you talking about?
awwwyeaboyeeee, don't you know why he has not been on screen for so long?! Maybe check what kind of a man he is. I do not approve of a man who abuses women and would not applaud him. I used to love his movies but I cannot support a person like that!
macalcatzipenervi, I am stupid because I am against men who abuse women?! Maybe you should check your moral values before you talk to me! Also using capital letters doesn't make your statement valid, so calm down!
I knew he has a history of being a verbally abusive drunk but I did not know he had done anything physically wrong to anyone.
Glad to see Mel has faced his demons and come out a better man. Always a joy to see him in front of the camera.
The demons he faced were born in Hollywood.
Good to see Mel Gibson back on the big screen. John Lithgow is probably the most unrated and talented man in Hollywood. He writes children books, acts, sings, does Broadway.
👍👍👍👍
He’s also a Harvard grad
Yeah John Lithgow plays bad guys so well, I am still cracking up over Cliffhanger when I think of him.
I have one of his books, it's really cute.
He's also a huge poetry aficionado.
John Lithgow is one, my favorite actors
These four were excellent in Daddy's Home 2. Great Chemistry and lots of laughs. Hope they do a third installment.
John LITGOW, so talentend and gifted but very underrated, i've always been amazed of how he acts and enriches the characters we give him.
as a child.... Me and my brothers listen to this...and it was a great time in my life. We saw the movies but at the time there was nothing out like tv so the radio was so magic......love this....
Sean Connery, RIP
RIP Sean Connery
I love his voice omg
Never once have i ever seen Graham Norton get up on his impressive soapbox and proudly tell us who to vote for and what to think or do. An old fashioned professional he is.
Mel is awesome as a director. He needs to direct more movies.
All of you saying that "he isn't like Robert Downey, Jr." and shouldn't be forgiven, I'll listen to the man himself, Robert Downey, Jr. for whom he credits Mel Gibson for helping him out when his life went out of control and hired him (a lead role) when no one would in Hollywood. None of you including myself know Mel Gibson, but RDJ does and thinks it's time to forgive Mel. I think so too. Don't believe me? Here is proof ruclips.net/video/-zI1V1yQ30U/видео.html
which role did he give him?
The lead role in ''The Singing Detective''. It was developed for Mel Gibson, but he gave it to Robert Downey Jr. The reception to his performance in the film and the news of his good behavior on the film set, convinced Hollywood to give him another chance. No one wanted RDJ on their film set before, as he was known for his antics. No insurance company was willing to insure him either. Mel took money out of his own pocket and paid the insurance for him. RDJ was broke too at the time and Mel gave him one of his homes to stay in, and supported him financially. Following that film, Shane Black, a friend of Mel, gave RDJ the lead role in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, where he proved himself again, and then he was cast by Marvel as Iron Man.
thankyou for the info ive yet to watch the singing detective and kiss kiss bang bang is one of my fave films.
Mel Gibson let him use his house, gave him a movie role, basically gave him his success and his life back. Of course RDJ is going to say good things about him, he basically has to. He wasn't going to refuse Gibson's help when he needed it, and he sure as hell couldn't accept all that help and then talk bad about him a second later.
@@maxamon906 No. It was Air America.
Thanks for posting.
Awesome guests, I like 'em all. Wahlberg included. Just saw Lithgow yesterday as the Trinity Killer in Dexter. That guy is such a versatile actor.
I’m so happy he’s back. He had some substance abuse problems & said things he regrets. Mel Gibson is a good man and you can tell
You can tell?How exactly?because he's smiling?FFS.
He's made it pretty clear that he has no regrets.
HAHAHAHA. I tried to take your comment seriously but then I saw your profile picture. Clearly you haters are atleast interested in Mel Gibson, since you clicked on his video.
Roy Ko totally agree with you, hes amazing,,,iv liked mel from i was about 5 years old,and i still do ☺☺

Omg i love mel gibson he just gets sexier with age 👌👌
Im not a girl, but agree!
I love John Lithgow
The force is strong in this man.
Honestly, John Lithgow. What's a stronger word than *adore* ?
I m a fan of all these Hollywood legends, however John Lithghow is a tremendous, underappreaciated, natural acting talent. He can do drama or comedy with equal effect.
Legendary actor, love him!
The best ARTISTS . GENIUSZ
0:57 I *COMPLETELY* Agree with Graham on that note hahaha!
I'm really excited to see Mel back. One of the greatest acting and directing talents the US has ever produced. He deserves to be back on top of the industry.
He's from OZ
Mel was born in New York, and moved to Australia when he was 12.
Love to see Mel ! I missed him ✌❤
You know why he was gone, right?
do you have a conscience ?

John Lithgow doing Yoda is the secret gem of this clip...
I thought it was perfect!

That's one hell of a panel.
Mel Gibson is a top bloke. Very talented and has always spoken truth.
Agreed 🤝

Yeah Sean and Mel, what a pair of lovely blokes.
How can you put those 4 on a couch ? Gibson and Lthgow are legends
There are so many perfect people in the comments section. By the way, I wonder what would happen if Mel had angrily ranted about Christians. He would probably be praised to the heavens.
Mel Gibson on Graham Norton, proud of the guy.
Don't tell him, but Graham is gay...
I know Mel Gibson, but who is Graham Norton...
Amazing Sean Connery impression
That was a freaking great Connory
That gives a whole new layer to Gibson mimicking Connery in WHAT WOMEN WANT! LOL
on the 2000 set of What Women Want Mel pretended a stalker was creeping around the Paramount Pictures lot and printed up an official memo at the lot’s security office. He had the memos, warning of a “maniac” on set, hung around the lot. Then he went after his director, Nancy Meyers, dressed “as the maniac,” he recalled. “She started screaming and stabbing me with her pencil. She then chased me out of the sound stage and I ran atop the makeup trailer and stood there laughing like a hyena. … It was a cruel prank, but I certainly enjoyed it.”
you are great mel.
Lies
YODA, Star Wars on NPR. I listen to every episode on Saturday afternoons in the mid-1980s it was great. They did announce the characters and the voice.
Lithgow is a legend!!! ❤️
People and your selective memories...why are you demanding Gibson's head on a pike but Marky Mark gets a pass then?
He's part of the Funky Bunch that's why
Who the hell is Marky ark?
don herley Mark Wahlberg buddy
Unlike mark, Gibson never actually put hands on somebody.
Mark permanently blinded a guy, and assaulted multiple people in his youth.
"A book fell onto my head the other day
I can only blame my shelf"
_ Sean Connery, the day his book fell onto his head.
Shoutout to MARK rocking the TIMBS!!!

Lithgow is such a legend. In realm anyways.
"...Braveheart, everyone's favourite film." WHAT?! 😂😂😂
What a couch lineup. Amazing!
So much talent in the one room...
that Braveheart song brings a tear to my eye and send electricity down my spine every time I hear it
Yeah, the music was fantastic along with the music from the Titanic. ☺
Settle down everyone. Mel was struggling with alcoholism, he'd just had the biggest divorce settlement in Hollywood history, and his new relationship was breaking down.
Something tells me you'd be pretty angry too. Well I'm glad he's doing well. When we're drunk and angry, we say stupid things. No damage was done. Just some ranting and threats, nothing more.
So welcome back Mel.
Lone Star well said
Being a drunk doesn't temporarily make you a homophobe or anti-semite, those are deep held beliefs that accidentally slip out when drunk.
David Roberts
Calm down, buddy, your hatred for Mel is startling to look like an obsession!
Lone Star Wow, finally a reasonable person.
Jack Johnson When your really drunk like out of your mind drunk you dont mean things thats just the demons inside the alcohol unleashing words into your vocabulary, believe me i've said some stuff that wasnt me it was like another person.
Those "Star Wars" radio dramas are really great. The "Jedi" adaptation was a little disappointing and rushed but "Star Wars" and "Empire" were fantastic and epic, and Lithgow made a great Yoda. You can get them on CD in a (pricey) box set.
RIP Sir Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 - October 31, 2020), aged 90
You will always be remembered as a legend.
Gotta love the selective application of morals from the internet. You skewer Gibson for some bigoted words and a slight case of drunken domestic violence (which i don't condone), but not a peep about Marky Mark who literally committed hate crimes against black children (threw rocks at them while they were in a school bus) and violently beat two Asian men in separate incidents, leaving one of his victims blind in one eye. Oh, and Marky doesn't feel the need to apologize because he's done good stuff for the community since.
Let's not forget he punched his wife and knocked some teeth out please.
Noelia Jaime I'm not in disagreement, although i wasnt aware of how severe it was. Still, not as bad as what Marky did. Yet, they're both stars, go figure.
David are you okay
Not sure what you mean about Mark not apologizing. He's talked about it in the past. Not much he can do now. The guy he left blind has already forgave him and moved on.... Not sure why you and other people wouldn't.
dpeace99 id never forgive it
Love Mel. Whatever mistakes he’s made is done with. He’s looking well and doing better. And I’m glad he’s back.
Anyone who still hates him, your business. I always knew Mel would bounce back.

Mel Gibson and Sean Connery at the same table, só much controversy per square metre
All of the comments are about how terrible Mel is when it should be how charming and great John Lithgow is!
Really? Most of the top comments seem to be about how great he is. And the likes for the video far outweigh the dislikes.
@@madouc5754 I made that comment two years ago, plenty of time for comments to rise/fall in the comment section! I'm glad the stigma surrounding Mr Gibson has has started to go away though.

We love you, Mel and we will miss you forever, Sean.
For some reason Mark came across as more of a punk than usual in his reactions. What a swell guy.
Yeah he kinda comes off as a teenager in comparison to the rest of the couch. Pretty funny to look at
