1L Soya Milk 豆奶
75g Tofu Pudding Powder 冰豆花粉
300ml Filtered Water 过滤水
20g Sugar 白糖
2 Pandan Leaves 班兰叶

★ For Batter 面糊 ★
300g Plain Flour 普通中筋面粉
2 tbsp Rice Flour 粘米粉
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 tsp Sugar 白糖
1 tsp Turmeric Powder 黄姜粉
450ml Hot Water 热水
1 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
40g Anchovies
½ Carrot 胡萝卜切丝
½ Corn 玉米粒
1 Onion 洋葱切丝
60g Chives 韭菜
1 Chili 红辣椒切丝
40g Anchovies 江鱼仔
★ Cooking Oil For Deep-fry 适量炸油
★ For Dipping Sauce 蘸酱 ★
10g Dried Chilies 辣椒干
40g Garlic 蒜瓣
1 Red Chili 红辣椒
125ml Water 水
40g Sugar 白糖
2 tbsp Ketchup 番茄酱
3 tbsp Vinegar 白醋
＊1 tsp Corn Starch 玉米粉
＊ 1 tbsp Water 水
