    ◆Ingredients 材料 ◆
    2 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
    50g Shallot Slices 红葱片
    2 Chinese Mushrooms 香菇
    1 Chinese Sausages 腊肠
    30g Dried Shrimps 虾米
    400g Taro 芋头
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    1 tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
    1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    1 tsp Sugar 白糖
    70g Peanuts 花生
    135g Sweet Potato Starch 番薯粉
    100ml Water 水
    Dash Of Chinese Celery 芹菜适量

    总觉得市场上卖的红桃饭棵与小时侯吃的不一样 , 味道上天差地别 ,
    看了老师的视频 , 才恍然大悟 ;食材截然不同 ,
    尤其是加了甜菜脯 , 这使饭粿有一种非常独特的香气 。

    Thank you for the recipe. Looks good! May I know after frying the flours for 5 min on low heat, can I put in the red colouring water and cook on the low heat until it forms dough. Thank you.

    Wow, both are good. But the first recipe was something that I have not come across, love that it don't need the flour to wrap the ingredients up, love that after frying it looks so crunchy. Its truly eating pure ingredients, thanks Mr Peter. Have a blessed night to you and your family.
