You, if you fold over some cardstock and then fold your baby wipe over the folded cardstock and put some tape on both side to hold it in place---you'll have a fabulous tool for putting on your inks and then use that to swatch over your glossed cardstock.
You can even use the tool to make mountain top effects in a rainbow color or even swirls, or other designs. It becomes a FABULOUS tool.👍💖🥰
I found your Channel about a week ago and have just been having so much fun watching you make these cards. I make cards for hospitalized children and have been looking for some fun new ways to make beautiful cards that they will enjoy. Oh Natasha these cards are just gorgeous. I wish I was living in a house so that I could buy more craft stuff lol. This was video so inspirational to watch and see how these turned out. Great video and yes I use nail polish quite often, there are many colours to choose from and cheaply priced in bargain bins. good for a coat of sparkle too.Thx Tash, have a great day

Love this technique! I've done similar inking on glossy photo paper that I received free with a photo order. Such fun!
OH I really love the look of the glossy card stock. I have been so afraid to use it, afraid it would smudge and the ink would come off on my fingers. That does not seem to be the case though. SO pretty. Love that congrats card best.
Very very nice, as always! I love all three cards. I was gifted some yellow glossy card stock that I never quite knew what to do with. I will give these techniques a try for sure! TFS!

Oh.my.goodness!!! What a brilliant idea!! I noticed on the last one you didn’t use the little anti-static pad before embossing. Is that because it’s glossy paper? That last card was stunning. I think the second card will be beautiful using Christmas colors to make the plaids. Oh, you are THE most stalemated card maker I’ve watched on RUclips…and there are many!! Thank you, Natasha.

The orange card reminds me of photo paper with smeared ink. The white embossed image jumps off the surface beautifully. The plaid you didn't use really looked like a fuzzy blanket to me as well lol.🌷🌷
I never thought of using ink on glossy card stock. I guess I just thought it would bead up and not look very nice. Thanks for proving me wrong! ♥️

I have had that stamp for many years, there is another that is more detailed same butterflies and dies that can be used with both. Love your techniques

Love the techniques on the glossy cardstock, beautiful! Will this technique work on inkjet photo paper? I have tons around and don’t print pictures anyway so I’d like to use it!

Have been using glossy card stick fir decades. Gave it up due to the slip and slide of stamping. Just got the Misti last year and want to try it as soon as I find my old glossy stuff. I liked it because the colors are so much brighter.

Beautiful cards! I use a baking silicone sheet and cut it to the desired size. Great when gluing small die cuts.
