I really love being able to create by using a stamp and a pen and a little color. Today if you make a card that's simple, somehow you feel as if you have failed because it is not covered in bling or has a million moving parts or layers. But really, creating as you have done is the ultimate in card making. A card made with simple supplies and getting a beautiful effect is often much prettier than having all the supplies in the world in front of you and not knowing what to do with them. These cards are wonderful and I love them.
Roxanne, you are so on point with this comment. I felt the same way, but that's because I was comparing my creations to the creators who do have over the top cards. I'm finding my style is simple, colorful and pretty. I see myself using this Natasha technique in lots of my cards!
I know you cherish your time with your children. My son and I craft together and he started when he was very, very young. He is almost15 now and still crafts with mom (he makes man cards). Often, if he he has something on his mind or is struggling with something, the topic will come out during crafting time. We talk it over with a cup of tea while we craft. Things work out, and I treasure the time. These memories will last for both of us. I hope you and your children will also get the chance to build communication this way too. It is precious. By the way, we both love your videos!
Hi Natasha, your cards whilst being simple they are gorgeous and it just goes to show that cards don’t always have to be elaborate. Thank you for sharing another wonderful tutorial.
Sis, encasing the flower in a rustic style box is genius. And the addition of the glossy accents really makes it pop. Thanks for inspiration once again.

Great cards Natasha. I am so glad you left the sentiments off. Mostly I find sentiments distract from the artwork. Also when you think about it, most people who receive cards are well aware of what occasion they are receiving them for. Thanks as always. 😊
I love the simplicity of these! The frames really do make a difference. Well done! We just love it when your little people pop in with you; it's totally understandable to need alone time.
