Rising damp root cause found

This property had a long term damp issue, that they couldn't get resolved. As you can see in the video the cause is pretty much hidden. This would have been difficult to find without a CCTV drain survey.
Fortunately the root cause of damp was identified along with subsequent drying of the sub floor void, and walls. Once all the repairs were carried out and dried down, decoration was carried out, with no replastering. The property also had a damp smell that is now resolved and another happy client.
