Wow it fits em like a glove.. especially considering that the 2nd track is called Fleeting "Yumes" Dreams. Kinda wanna see Shishido with The Battle for the Dream
Real. Shishido to me is the epitome of greatness and embodiment of pride. Aizawa felt really lackluster. Shishido on the other hand compensates for Aizawa. Proper screen time, motives, and a damn good rivalry between him and Kiryu. 10/10 would play again
It doesn't need to be anyone special. Aizawa is just something to resemble the final challenge Kiryu had in 5. Aizawa is the past Kiryu already had a fight with. The dream of the Tojo, the true gokudos he battled with, the world itself against what Kiryu beliefs. He is a koi, same as Nishiki. Again trying to defeat a dragon, again trying to pick the top of a wall he isn't even sure he can climb. It didn't need to be him but picking him is perfect. Kiryu is fighting two battles he already fought, he already made his point in almost all the games, he even had to proof against the mirror image of his father and he already defeated a koi. Aizawa is great, I know people meme a lot with him saying "I not even sure myself" but in the same sentence he explains very well and makes sense with Yakuza 5 thematic as whole. Kurosawa wanted to make his power something material, he didn't recognize that in fact he had a dream and wanted to project in some way even if means putting his son as the representation. Aizawa dreams of being something real, having power, becoming a legend in his own way. Is a battle of dreams for everyone but Kiryu. Haruka finishing Parks dream, Saejima and Majima finally enjoying each other again, Shinada saving someone who has something he always dreamed of, Akiyama fighting for the place he always dreams of becoming a better place, etc. He is the perfect final boss, he is all the fights Kiryu had, all the fights the player already won asking one more time if we really had won and we literally throw this question away. Is in the same way Kurosawa is an amazing final antagonist being someone who just rejects the concept of the games in general. Yakuza 5 is amazing sorry I just had to talk about any time I am given a chance lmao
Yeahh Both Aizawa and Shishido is pretty much the same tho, they were just get to the point and wanted to reach their Goals, but Shishido is just better tho if i see it, so yeah that's it

Yo! Shishido with Battle for the dream would go crazy, I also support seeing this
Aizawa: Who are you?
Shishido: I'm you, but better.

I still fucking love Aizawa
Aizawa if he did know what was he doing there
Shishido my beloved
Deadly Struggle is such a banger theme
If we do get the full fight i hope fleeting dreams starts to play when Kiryu knees Aizawa in the face and enters the final stage of the fight
Oooo that'll be great honestly 🔥👍
Yakuza 5
certified yume moment
Kino

Still don’t understand why they made this guy the final boss

they literally have nothing to do with each other. I don't get the connection people are making here.
Fr shishido feels more reminiscent of ryuji to me than aizawa and even that’s a stretch
What is the theme used in this video?
Sworn enemies and Deadly struggle
