At 2900 without a propulsion method , I highly doubt this will do well. Do not get me wrong , it seems nice but at the very least for that price , they should 3d print a universal trolling motor mount for most brands that can be mounted on the bow and sell it with it. That would at least make it more viable because you are not paddling that in 15 mph winds with ease. You will need a very long paddle to get over the sides and be able to dig as well. I think bonifide is going the right direction but they need to have a end user product and this is like 98 percent there.
They made this boat for tournament anglers and serious fishermen. That's why I chose that title. They actually made it for people who would spend $40,000 or more on a bass boat or tactical skiff. Instead, they can just spend $6,000 on this, fish the same waters, and still catch more fish.

yup i think a trailer for this is a must, why they put the thing in the front, but you can 100% use it like a kayak with a nice yakattack kayak cart and a boondox bed extender
Exactly. This is a mini boat marketed as and PRETENDING to be a kayak. No one is going to be able to or want to paddle this thing any meaningful distance for fishing. Any purchaser of this is absolutely going to buy a motor to put on it, and at that point you might as well call it what it actually is and buy an actual small boat with a trailer. $2,900 for a thermoplastic mini pretend boat that is not an actual boat and a kayak that is not an actual paddle capable kayak. Call it what it actually is with a motor on it - a cheap undersized thermoplastic mini pretend boat. Total joke IMO! LOL
I'd like to see you load a boat with a motor into the back of your truck, strap it down and take off.... not going to happen. These kayaks with little trolling motors are perfect for just that. I live in a hoa I can't put my boat In my driveway or the side of my house nor do I wanna store it at a boat storage facility when I wanna go fishing. There’s no rudder on the xtr correct ?
Looks like it is an add on
Nice video, but this got really nothing to do with kayaks - that is a plastic crappy boat....if you need motor to move it, it makes no sense to me...
Expanding the game for sure
You're missing the whole big picture of what these are truely made for and the simplistic person these products are targeting
@@shawnalexander7914 Well there are lot of small aluminium boats (easy to store, do not care about the cold or warm), that weight less than this one, for example Jon Boat, and will fit to truck, and certainly is stabler than this one. And most probably is cheaper than this one. I would by a boat, if I cant peddle or paddle it.
Wrkng
More of a skiff than a kayak really.
Wouldn’t you want to put the back of it in the truck frist
why? it has plenty of volume on the bow, bow first means most of the weight of the boat is on the bed of the truck, check this video ruclips.net/video/UjwYasZWGZk/видео.html
@ it just seemed most of the weight is on the back of the of the yak.
@@AliexFolgueira just watched the unloading it in the water at the boat ramp. 👍 easy to unload and load that way 👍👍👍
That a big mofo but it's also one heck of a kayak/boat!
Mini bass boat or skiff, could be the answer to many not trying to spend 40k on a fiberglass flats boat
I do think they miss a mark but not making it able to use the pedal drive. Not make it come with it, but an option. Other than that, I believe this one is definitely gonna change things for sure
Kamu tidak menjual kayak ini ke dalam shopee ke
Cuánto cuesta?
So your getting a plastic boat now i mean there all plastic but there getting bigger with twice the cost
bg
Would just be cheaper to get a jon boat
@@DJGENOTYPE Jon boat must the vessel right, wanna add the same seat $200, wanna add the deck padding and fittings and hatches and stuff, well you gonna expend some extra money
Its not a kayak its a small boat! Would be a complete pig in the wind and need an electric outboard to go places.
It was made to rock motors if not they would have made it
Yes
Enjoyed the video but no thanks
thank you for the kind comment :) def not for everyone.

@@503huntah5 boom
Solo skiff better
No way, only if you want a bigger motor
Lighter bigger motor and floats in nothing
extremely wet too, no 360, can be added but makes it super stechy, this floats in nothing too.
Yes it is
A Jon Boat kayak?
